Interesting, the correlation with dopamine. For me, proviron helped, however, it might be all related to dopamine.
I suppose the issue is similar to finasteride where many men can suppress/reduce the conversion to DHT without any side effects while others experience depressive symptoms. However, this does not explain why some have issues with the combination of TRT T plus deca and no problem on deca only or deca with a tiny bit of T.

I've read that NPP is less on the sides. I'd be petrified to try any Nor19 again as I think it will cost me my marriage. ALL of my insecurity, jealousy, and anger were directed to my wife. I didn't have any problems with anyone else. This shit made my brain, via intrusive thoughts, convinced she was cheating on me with everyone or anyone without a shred of evidence or even suspicion. It's amazing how you can take every little thing a person (wife) does and turn it into something suspicious. Texting? Whom? Out shopping? Really? She always dresses the same, but now I'm wondering why she is dressed up! On and on, etc.. I have never experienced anything like it in my life! It wasn't subtle to say the least. I caution anyone in a serious relationship to reconsider unless you really know what you are doing as this dominated me in a bad way. The gains were great but not worth the emotional price. I hope this helps someone. It was a great "experiment!"

Even jealous/insecure about past relationships she had before we ever even met, which I never cared about before (plus, that was a very long time ago). I've read about others experiencing similar things too. It was really bizarre.

Otherwise I liked the effects of ND, so of course I had to try a few more times. Each time, those mental issues returned.

Even jealous/insecure about past relationships she had before we ever even met, which I never cared about before (plus, that was a very long time ago). Ya, not worth it IMO! I've been with my wife 31 years and I, like you, was digging up past relationships convinced she was reconnecting with them. She thought I was friggin crazy, and at the time, I suppose I was Now, over two months out, I still have lingering issues but they are not uncontrollable like they were and they are dissipating, thank God!!! I actually went to my PCP towards the end of this and she literally called my stupid, lol... But, she said she has experienced it before and would medicate it, but it's probably better to wait at this point as it is almost out of my system. She pondered testing my prolactin, but decided against it due to the timing.. (I wish she did out of curiosity). She mentioned Dostinex, which I know now is Caber.. like I said; NEVER AGAIN!

Being back in the office has helped me, less time at home, weather forced "telework". I was just easily provoked to a rage outburst, I didn't have the relationship issues that you guys alluded to for yourselves, never have had those particulars with my long term SO. I don't know if that was previously a thing for you guys and was easily triggered by the side effect.
I did as said I would, added .125mg Caber E3.5D, too, timed with my Deca 30mg, started that 6 days ago.

People dealing with mood issues may want to try supplementing lithium, at least until the N is out of your system. Lithium has other benefits as well.
