Low dose Clomid Monotherapy and Increasinging IGF-1?

Say one is doing low dose clomid monotherapy due to secondary. And they want to help boost igf-1. Is there a preferred way, including any possible research peptides? I know semorelin might be an option but not sure if there are any contradictions on the pituitary since clomid is already acting upon it too. Hoping Dr. Saya can comment on this too.

Also, I thought I saw one post about dhea supplementation helping also?

Thanks in advance & love this forum.

Mk677. I've done two "cycles." I didn't notice much difference beyond improved sleep and, on my first run, intense hunger. But the research papers show that it boosts IGF-1.
