Most pituitary adenomas are clinically inactive. I don't see any thyroid hormone testing, only TSH which really isn't a thyroid hormone.

Low testosterone, low IGF-1 could be hypopituitarism, hypopituitarism is usually diagnosed when one or more pituitary hormones are low.

Sudden weight loss is a clue that points to hyperthyroidism which would increase Free T3 which drives fat burning ability. It looks like you also have overactive adrenal glands. You've got multiple concurrent hormonal issues going on.

i searched the symptoms of hypo and i this is what i currently have.
may i ask why endos don't measure t3? i went to several and still no t3.
i have tsh- 3 generation ultra but i dont think thats t3? 1.2

could the adrenal gland be damaged due to the cortisol? i scored 94 in the 24 hours urine. maybe stress killed my gland? seems like the tumor is there but doing nothing
