Recently I switched from vitamin K2 (brand Solgar) to Vitamin K2 MK-7 (brand Piping Rock, cheap brand) and started having issues right away. I started having burning in my throat, lungs, nose which caused excessive coughing which I thought was just me catching a virus, only I never get sick.
This happens at any dose. I connected the dots and realized my issues started when I started taking the vitamin MK-7, which has longer half-life than regular vitamin K2.
I just thought I would put this out there for anyone else having issues that may be related to taking vitamin K MK-7.
