It's probably mostly estrogen related. When your e2 is messed up even ed drugs do nothing.

I'd suggest trying proviron with trt and maybe doxazosin 1-2mg. I noticed benefits from HCG as well but it's not worth the e2 swings for me. With proviron and doxazosin my flaccid dick is always in "semi" state like I have just taken cialis. I used to take cialis daily but I don't recommend that to anyone anymore as you develop tolerance over years and it literally stops doing anything despite research saying otherwise. Proviron is amazing.
I remember your recent post about your concerns regarding damage that may have been caused by IC injections and erections that persisted for too long. Do you think this may be a factor with regard to Tadalafil no longer working as well for you?
I do wonder how well the penis will respond to PDE5i after resorting to IC injections as most seem to use these once the tablets begin to fail.

I’ve been on for 3 years now. I’ve notice that over time my penis is smaller in size. Especially when not hard. Any indicators I should be looking at ? I’m going to get blood drawn in a couple weeks to see what my numbers are.
is this true? My dick girth improved significantly when I began TRT and remains so.
 
Im here for the same reason. Started TRT 100mg weekly , HCG 1500IU week & estranazole 2mg week.

Felt great within a month but had some side effects that were concerning. 1) Immune system is crap, every cold that comes by knocks me out and it’s completely opposite of my old low T self. I may have been depressed and suicidal, but I never got sick. 2) My balls were became hypersensitive with ejacualtuon to the point of blue balls / pain. I’m 10 years post vasectomy.

Didn’t change a thing for about 3-4 months but

After research and digging I decided maybe the HCG was causing higher volume sperm / larger blowouts on my vasectomy / clipped tubes. And the pain was making me refuse sex with my wife. So I stopped HCG Sure enough 3-4 weeks later my foreskin is like 4 times too large for my flaccid dick and it’s like it’s retracting back inside. Same with my balls, significantly smaller and I thought I had a hernia due to how far back they retracted.

Literally restarted the HCG yesterday and found this thread today. Not sure about 1500IU 1x week. Maybe I’ll try smaller doses more frequently. I don’t need overproductive balls, just keep them at baseline.

The immune issue? I don’t know, but once I solve my flacid wiener / small balls issue I may look at reducing or getting off the AI’s. At the tissue level there’s a ton of stuff that’s beneficial for us when T aromatizes. Bone, blood, immunity, glucose sensitivity.

Rule of thumb - no more than 500 IU of HCG st any given shot. Many guys do well with one of the following protocols: 500 IU twice weekly, 250 IUs twice weekly, 100 IU eod. Personally, the best protocol for me is 100 IU twice weekly. I respond very well to very low doses of HCG.

Good question. Erectile sensitivity, erection size and sustainability, testicular size, libido, as well as cognitive and emotional enhancement are the things that I experience from HCG at 100 IU E3D or E2d. If I cross the threshold into higher dosing, testicular size decreases, erectile function decreases, I encounter anxiety and depression as well as aggression. It’s a very delicate balance I have to work with.
 
There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the length, width, and plumpness of my flaccid penis. The damn thing changes its attributes by the hour.
lol yeah seems to be the case here as well. Also noticed it reacts to how much food I eat big time but overall its in the league of its own lol

No, on the contraty. I have to always eat a lot and stay full for it to stay full as well. But also I have to eat a lot to function well and feel good that has a positive effect on my overall anxiety/stress I guess and downstairs department, at least for me, seems to react a lot. It's a weird one but def noticed over the years I've been training and eating like an animal. For example when I'm dieting (naturally) my libido and downstairs department takes a big shot. The more I eat, the better I feel in general and so does my friend below:)

Yeah thats logical as well. With all the routine, tasks, jobs etc, more stress, more anxiety, etc. Well at least thats what I'm thinking. Yes having more muscles and not eating enough def ain't a good combination IME. I should eat more as well but currently treating Hpylori so thats a no go, sadly, but IIWII. Women is out of my league of comprehension though lol

Our body goes into a more parasympathetic state while digesting food "rest and digest".
The active sympathetic state is reduced so as to favor blood flow to the digestive organs instead of muscle tissue. A similar thing will be occurring in your sexual organs, stimulation from NE will be slightly lessened in these moments causing relaxation of the smooth muscle in the penis making it appear larger/relaxed. Testosterone has been shown to modulate the expression of genes (either directly or indirectly) that alter the expression of alpha-1 adrenergic receptors. After I am out of bed and much more awake, this begins to change and "everything" doesn't look quite so relaxed. After I have a coffee, it all changes dramatically. My penis generally looks much tighter and is far less responsive to touch. The sudden increase of Adrenalin that coffee stimulates affects my genitals much more now than it did in my younger years. It would appear, I am now much more sensitive to the effect of NE in these tissues now.

Great work, also found that with caffeine and gave it up, also T/E ratio might have some play in this, as sometimes bigger bolus doses have really relaxed the whole package, where as microdosing gone slightly over has done more damage down there. I think there is for most guys a limit for aromatization on exogenous T, so boluses force the ratio to be better and smaller doses end up raising estradiol but not enough of T. But boluses usually raise hematocrit so pick your poison.
I do find that unwanted effects like tight scrotum seem to be more prevalent with age, i dont recall ever having a tight package when i was doing 250mg sustanon on one shot, also did not have elevated hematocrit.
