Hello guys,

I'm doing trt for 6 weeks now. 125mg Testosterone enanthate every 5 days. Before trt i was at testosterone levels ~300 (age 23). 185cm, 85kg, %BF ~20-25. Working out hard 3 x week. My diet is very healty, ~2800 kcal.

I started trt, because my mood was shit. I was always sleepy after work, no motivation at all, libido was very bad, it was hard gaining muscle, gained belly fat etc.

So my problem is, that don't see any changes. Maybe libido is a bit better, but that's all.

I did my bloodwork done 1 week ago. Now i have Testosterone levels ~7,500 ng/ml but my Estradiol is at 81,7 pg/ml! Should I take some iAs. to reduce my Estradiol? I don't see any negative effects of high estradiol neither.. normal blood pressure, no swollen nipples whatsoever.

I'm happy to hear your opinions on this topic.
Thank you for your answers.

It's too bad You're not getting any positive results from your TRT. Hopefully in time you start feeling the benefits. If you're not having any issues with your estradoil level I wouldn't take an AI.

It took several months (6-9) before I really noticed the difference that TRT made for me. I did NOT take any AI's. I began to finally notice strength and muscle gains from my work in the weight room. And finally began to notice fat loss from my diet. I had been doing workouts and dieting well for all that time, but it took months for TRT to finally make an impact. I had been low T for decades, so my guess it that it took a long time for my body to respond / react.
