You had your FT tested using the direct immunoassay (post #12) which is known to be inaccurate.

You need to have your FT tested using an accurate assay (ED or UF) especially in cases of ALTERED SHBG.

Seeing as you reside in the US you have access to the most accurate assays for FT through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics.

Otherwise for the time being you will need to use/rely upon the cFTV.

I would have to have a doctor willing to order it. What is FT? LabCorp did this test. But my doctor ordered it.

you need to stop that fcking AI and go by symptoms which might go all away if you adjust dosing to 3x a week or so. fire your doc asap

Doing this worries me because I've already been ripped off twice. The one guy took my money then wouldn't ship it until I paid him $200 for insurance. He was going to take the $200 and keep it too.

Yes, I am in the US. I've been using reliable RX for over 10 years now and in the 10 years they only stop them twice, once it was inspected and allowed to go through.

I went down to 6 ml which is 120 mg divided into two different doses. One on Monday and one on Thursday.

Personally, I think less is often more with any kind of hormone replacement therapy.

Most of my side effects went away when I adjusted my dose so that my TT trough levels were in the 500s vs. being near the top of the range on injection day. As others have said, you'll peak around 2x whatever your trough number is on a weekly injection schedule. Being well over the top of the range at your peak is not natural. Of course you'll have side effects when this happens.

I seem to be able to get away with doses as low as 60mg/week. I'm on an every 5 day injection schedule right now, 42mg/dose. Trough TT levels are in the 500s. HBG/HCT came down after ~120 days (average lifespan of red blood cells).

Do I feel like superman? No. Do I feel better vs. before TRT? Yes.

I don't know that I've seen much in the way of a change of the size of my balls after 5 years on TRT (no HCG). I didn't exactly measure them before though. Maybe they were small to begin with. Lol. Couldn't care less about the size of them personally.

It’s simple, they don’t care. Shrunken testicles is a cosmetic issue, not life-threatening. Doctors perform a job, prescribe with their superiors tell them to prescribe and get paid, they could care less about patient outcomes.

There is only one way to get hCG while on TRT and have it be medically necessary, testicular pain from TRT. So unless it’s medically necessary, your provider will have to foot the bill for treatment and will not be reimbursed by your insurance company.

my wife complained that my balls are pretty small when taking them in mouth. then i started ordering HCG from india. now she is happy.
its not just cosmetic, for me it is a huge difference in libido and overall sex drive. like 200% difference (subjective ofc)
