Testosterone Cypionate vs Enanthate Ester break down

You got it already? That's awesome. I am actually going to try some larger gauge needles. 31g isn't going to fly with this stuff long-term. It took me several minutes to fill .2 ml yesterday.
In short, turns out I already had it. I didn't realize until I looked closely at the bottle. It's from a local pharmacy.

Longer story: I have tried it before in small quantities (10-15mg at a time), which is why I was hypothesizing (hoping) that perhaps there is some threshold below which someone like me may feel bad from injecting, and above which I feel OK. Possibly mediated by some threshold needed to aromatize properly? Or, maybe there are competing effects, one of which is anti inflammatory and that with a larger injection, the anti inflammatory properties mitigate whatever causes me to feel bad on smaller injections?

I usually, but not always, feel OK with Xyosted. But, being able to tolerate a multi use vial would be much cheaper and more convenient.

I have been using big pharma Delatestryl (TE) for over 6 years injecting 150 mg TE split (75 mg every 3.5 days)
So do you need an AI on such a high dose like this? If so, which AI do you use and how much do you take?
Whats your total test, free test and estrodiol level on this dose?

@FunkOdyssey @Gman86 are you guys still using the Hikma Test E from Defy? I just checked their website and 5ml vial is $199? it seems way to much $ for 5ml test. Same brand can be found at CVS for $ 94 regular price, or $32 with Goodrx

We are right in the middle of a national shortage of Hikma enanthate which I think may be related. Normally, Defy sells a 5 ml vial for $89. CVS told me it was on backorder until June. Defy took it off their site completely for awhile, but may have found a more expensive source recently.

If Defy leaves the price that high when places like CVS are back in stock, I would just use the option to have Defy call in the script to your local pharmacy. They said they have no problem doing that with testosterone, so long as you pay their $35 fee to call in the script.

Last time I ordered the hikma test enanthate 5ml vial through empower via Defy was on 3-8-24, and it cost me $89. I stopped the test E a little more than a week ago. I plan on starting up empowers compounded test prop once the test E clears from my system

Wow, guess it was the perfect time to switch to test prop. I unfortunately live in Massachusetts, and defy calling in a test script to my local pharmacy isn’t an option. Mass doesn’t allow out of state providers to call in test scripts. Sucks

I’m picking up my Test E from Hikma from CVS pharmacy here in LA. I will switch from TC empower in a couple of weeks when I finish the vial.

Good talk in this thread @FunkOdyssey about the preservatives in T formulation, I will give an update once I’m starting the TE

@FunkOdyssey @Gman86 Have you guys seen a noticeable difference in labs going from Empower CYP to Hikma Enanthate?
I've never taken remotely similar doses so that is difficult to say. I was never able to sustainably tolerate more than 70 mg a week of cypionate whereas I've gone as high as 175 mg with the enanthate. I will say that I think the cypionate gave me levels I expected, roughly proportionate to the dosing, and same with enanthate. I don't think there is any advantage to one or the other in that respect.

an update on my Hikma Test E trial vs Test CYP from empower.

Levels are about the same, a bit less on the Hikma, Testosterone speaking I feel the same, I believe my head feels a bit more clear/natural on the Hikma. I think it is a good idea trying not to inject benzyl benzoate, some negative literature about nerve damage from it.
