I might have replied on your other thread, but I had some of the same issues at the beginning with a large (150mg) weekly dose. Went to every 5 days at lower dosing, but have really hit my stride at 75mg per week, divided into 3 x 25mg doses, every 2.5 days. That puts my "peak" at 900 TT and in range FT numbers. E2 has been much more manageable. Much better results for me with lower week dosing and more frequent sticks. And my SHBG is in the 40-45 range, so maybe a bit counterintuitive.
