My Estradiol time line (Quest Diagnostics, ultrasensitive test, normal range < 29 pg/mL):

typical before oxandrolone: 33-37 pg/mL
after 4 weeks of 15mg/day oxandrolone and 10mg/day DHEA: 7 pg/mL
4 weeks after stopping oxandrolone and DHEA: 15pg/mL
7 weeks after stopping: 30pg/mL
now, months after stopping: 44 pg/mL.

So it returned to the typical high levels for me in about 2 months after stopping oxandrolone. It does not suppress it permanently.
