One complaint: this stuff causes significant skin irritation when you first apply it. It seems to dissipate over time, but initially it makes the entire area red and inflamed looking. This is not a skin-friendly product like an HRT base cream or equivalent. I guess the redness and burning sensation are reminders that you're dealing with a UGL product here.

Sounds like DMSO. What are the supposed ingredients?
