DHT Cream Plus Testosterone Propionate = Major Libido Boost

If anyone has been following the other threads regarding DHT cream and Test Prop, you will know the discussion of libido has been mentioned. I recently ordered some test prop and have been using it the past few days. I have also dialed in my DHT cream home brew to a very nice end product. I do not have a source for the DHT powder to offer however, you are on your own on that one. There are products available with varying strength that are on page 3 of this post.

I share this because this is what TRT is supposed to feel like. It took a few days for the test prop to begin working and with the combination of the DHT cream... Jesus. Honestly, I can't do this every day as I can't concentrate on anything but sex. It's a constant urge that manifests itself in the prostate and radiates outward to a highly potent sexual buzz. For all those looking for the solution to a lack of libido, this may just be the magic bullet. Orgasms are extremely intense.

The best benefit by far though, is the mood enhancement. That calm, confident male mojo just flows easily.

I apologize for gushing, it's not my style. But when you find something that actually REALLY works you cant help but get a bit excited about it and want to share with your Bro's.

Ultimately I never really felt much of anything. Maybe a slight mood boost but nothing worth using it for.

No crashed e2 feeling or any sort of libido boost.

I cant say its an issue with the product itself, I just dont respond to things that increase dht very well or at all. If anything I may get a slight mood boost and crashed e2 feeling so this matches proviron for me.

Whelp, thats one more box checked off for me. On to the next thing.

Have people here trying DHT on top of their regular TRT noticed a bump up in hematocrit from it? Would you mind to share if you got tests done?

My blood tests (what I got here) never included LDL HDL. That's what I'm concerned about with orals and AAS in general. The 5mg should have minimal impact but there is a risk.
Never got out of TRT regarding gym what others experienced. That's why I will try running this long term.
ya concerned about lipids as well will have to test if i stick with this.

Any other concerns like kidney and liver markers that you would test for?

Are you taking the ox orally or sublingually?

In addition, Oxandrolone is one of the few anabolics to be considered Female-friendly, so it is unlikely to have the effect you're looking for, although it seems like there are exceptions to everything so it is worth a try, but if it helps you, I would not think it is because it is related to DHT.
I've read a lot of posts about Oxandrolone's ability to significantly increase muscle strength while at the same time not increasing muscle mass much at all. How is it able to do that?

Note that some compounds that increase "muscle size" are basically adding a lot of water retention (e.g. dianabol). There is a mechanism involving calcium IIRC that increases muscle contractile force without increasing the size or number of muscle cells. This used to be the goal of many anabolic compounds since added weight is a disadvantage in many sports.

I don't believe this to be true.
"lean muscle gains"

I'm about 2 weeks into my trial. Feels like it has done exactly as intended with SHBG and free T. Has given me some additional mental energy but mild. I've been back on caffeine for a bit and have been able to reduce my intake to a single cup of green tea or two per day no coffee.

Sore muscles and joints might be due to some type of competitive binding that the oxandrolone has with e2 on receptors. I already take HCG and did not modify but added 5mg daily of DHEA to combat this and has worked great.

Only potential negative side effect is that my voice seems to have changed and is raspier after just a few weeks and on only 5mg per day which is concerning. Too early to tell if this protocol is viable long term for me.
So you were taking hCG while on Oxandrolone and you had sore muscles and joints, but when you added 5mg oral DHEA, the sore muscles and joints went away. Is that correct?
If so, how do you think DHEA achieved that?

Yes that was correct. I say "was" because i already pulled plug on Oxandrolone as part of protocol. Now 0 for 2 and will re evaluate.

But yes, i have always been a low aromatizer. I get a big test bump out of HCG but both test and HCG provide about a 40:1 TT to E2 ratio. I've used DHEA in the past on other protocols as well; it is a potent compound that is not fully understood as part of an HRT protocol and can also have effects on cortisol, which i believe are also not well understood. I say all of this to say tread slowly and do your research if considering adding.

Everything else aside, a little bit seems to go a long way for raising E2, for me at least, and i believe only 5mg of DHEA daily once steady state can raise my e2 about 10pts. Raising E2 when low can help with joint pain and Ox had a similar effect on my joints as being low e2 (i pulled plug before doing actual bloods).

Ordered and paid, will keep updated on delivery and on results!

It's been 5 weeks for me. I got an update 3 weeks ago that it would be restocked in a week's time (so 2 weeks ago should've been restocked) but nothing so far.

I'll update this thread if I ever get the gel, but for now it's not looking great. However, the UGL suppliers I know seem to still be out of DHT raws, so it's possible there's a global shortage and that's all that's happening.

Has anyone had a blood test while using DHT gel to find out how it affects lipids, liver and kidney values?

I've never had the opportunity to use DHT gel (and it's starting to look like I might never have it), but on scrotal cream my DHT is around 500ng/dL, which is ~8x the top of the range, and my lipids, liver and kidney values are the best of any protocol I've tried.

Comparatively, on Masteron and Primo (even more so the latter) at just 70mg/week, my lipids took a significant hit. Those were HPLC tested and confirmed to be what they were supposed to be.

How high was your DHT on masteron and primo?

Didn't get it tested, but I wouldn't expect it to be higher than on T alone, if anything perhaps lower. Mast and Primo are not bioidentical DHT, I doubt they would raise DHT on labs but you never know.
The DHT gels that are being sold are not bioidentical DHT. It is Stanolone.

Dave Lee says he got low E side effects (joint pain) from using DHT cream in addition to T cream which already gives him ample DHT.
That doesn't surprise me.
I've read several other reports of joint and connective tissue pain when DHT levels go too high.
