DHT Cream Plus Testosterone Propionate = Major Libido Boost

If anyone has been following the other threads regarding DHT cream and Test Prop, you will know the discussion of libido has been mentioned. I recently ordered some test prop and have been using it the past few days. I have also dialed in my DHT cream home brew to a very nice end product. I do not have a source for the DHT powder to offer however, you are on your own on that one. There are products available with varying strength that are on page 3 of this post.

I share this because this is what TRT is supposed to feel like. It took a few days for the test prop to begin working and with the combination of the DHT cream... Jesus. Honestly, I can't do this every day as I can't concentrate on anything but sex. It's a constant urge that manifests itself in the prostate and radiates outward to a highly potent sexual buzz. For all those looking for the solution to a lack of libido, this may just be the magic bullet. Orgasms are extremely intense.

The best benefit by far though, is the mood enhancement. That calm, confident male mojo just flows easily.

It's a thin oil so you will need to spread around to avoid it going to waste. I rub in as best possible. It says it's a cream, but it is not. 65 ng/dL when I was on 140 mg test enanthate weekly. Have not tested recently on 175 mg test prop weekly. I would guess something like 80-100 ng/dL.

Tested DHT 5 hours after you injected testosterone? Testosterone itself will spike it, so how do make difference between a DHT spike from testosterone or from the topical DHT?

Injectable testosterone does not produce DHT numbers that high, regardless of your dosage, and regardless of the timing of measurement.

25mg/day of Test P isn't spiking DHT at 300+ng/dL

How was the feeling on applying the "cream" to the scrotum? You mentioned that it's not exactly pleasant for the skin, I'd imagine it's even worse on the scrotum.

It's not that bad after you get used to it. Yes, it makes the area red shortly after application and feels a little "burny", but it doesn't stay like that for very long. I don't know if you've ever taken high dose niacin and experienced a niacin flush, but it looks and feels similar to that.

The red burn is probably from DMSO vehicle.

Haven't taken it long term - I basically used it just long enough to get some labs and make sure it was legit. I'm experimenting with something else currently.

 

Today I have received the 20% DHT from AlphaGels. It took exactly 1 month from making the order and payment to receive it, using the standard shipping they offer. The ordering process isn't difficult, but it can take a few days for them to answer you and then some additional time for them to actually ship it out. It's not a streamlined system, but it's fine.

In any case, what @FunkOdyssey said about their product is true. It's not a cream or gel, but rather oil that you apply to your skin, I guess you could call it an ointment. The application process isn't the easiest as the oil can easily drip down, so you have to apply it with the dropper and then spread it over the skin. I tried the standard dose of 1ml and was able to cover both of my delts and part of my chest. 2 minutes after applying I felt a stinging pain, a couple of minutes later it started to itch, like I was bitten by mosquitoes all over the place and soon after the skin became red as well. It definitely isn't a skin friendly product, but I'll see how it goes after multiple applications. 20 minutes in, the intensity of negative effects was massively reduced, 40 minutes in it all disappeared, except skin redness, which took a couple of hours to clear.
Considering that the ingredients are supposedly olive oil, DMSO and Vit E oil, I'd say these negative effects likely come from DMSO. During my research into DMSO for my future home-brews, I noticed that such reactions can be possible especially if the amount of DMSO in whatever "ointment" you're using goes above 10%.

It's been now almost 7 hours since the first application and I don't feel anything. I've heard the effects should come quite fast, in a matter of hours. Regardless of it not being skin friendly I was thinking of applying it to the scrotum; 0.5ml at 8am and 0.5ml at 6pm, for a total of 200mg of DHT per day. Next week I would then take a test at trough and then the next day at peak, to see if it actually works and what numbers I'll have.

On the other hand, if the libido effects of TRT typically take at least a few weeks to kick in, I don't see why the timeline with pure DHT would be any different. If something positive happens immediately, that's great, but I wouldn't necessarily be expecting it.

 

I have applied the ointment on my scrotum about an hour ago. It's far easier to apply and it's interesting that I don't have any negative effects by applying here, no stinging, itching or redness. I'll keep applying here.

All I've watched and read in the last months about Test/DHT creams, always mentioned positive sexual effects hours into using it, that's why I'm a bit worried right now. The reason why it takes weeks with TRT in most cases is because they use longer esters, which takes time to saturate, meanwhile creams use Test without esters so the half life is what 2-4 hours? Meaning that the effects should come faster, similar how I feel the effects of Test P within 3 days, while Test E takes 3 weeks.
