I was reading this one article and it says not to take your thyroid meds before testing.

From defy's pre lab emails:
"Your LabCorp requisition is attached.
Instructions for labs: Please print the attached form and take into any LabCorp location along with a photo ID (This form is only accepted at LabCorp). You MUST present the attached order form to have the lab tests completed. If the lab order form is not presented to LabCorp at the time of your appointment, there is a chance you will be billed again by LabCorp.
**It is recommended that you stay hydrated and fast for at least 8 hours prior to the blood draw, as this will provide a more accurate reading of certain lab tests.
**Please be sure to have your labs drawn BEFORE your next testosterone injection or AFTER your hormone cream application that day (unless otherwise instructed by the medical staff.)
** If you are on thyroid treatment, remember to take your dose as scheduled the morning of the lab draw BEFORE having labs drawn.
