If one is thinking about going on TRT which type of testosterone would be best to take? cypionate or enathate? Which one would be he safest and most effective for long term treatment?

2.Testosterone cypionate is an English steroid while enanthate is European. Both have the same functions and effects. 3.Enanthate has a 7-carbon ester chain while cypionate has an 8-carbon ester chain. 4.Enanthate, with its 7-carbon ester and 1-carbon atom is lighter than cypionate which has more testosterone per gram.

I've taken both and can't tell a difference.

It will make absolutely no difference whether one use cypionate or enanthate as they are both commonly prescribed for trt.

Enanthate has a slightly shorter half life compared to cypionate.

Regardless of the ester used ones SHBG levels/injection frequency will have the biggest impact on achieving stable testosterone levels.

All injectable esterified testosterone is safe when used properly and has been prescribed for decades as an effective treatment for men with low T.

My favorite is Sustanon easy to inject compared to Enanthate:
  • 30 mg/mL of Testosterone Propionate
  • 60 mg/mL of Testosterone Phenylpropionat
  • 60 mg/mL of Testosterone Isocaproate
  • 100 mg/mL of Testosterone Decanoate
