Testicle Stretching

Just wondering if anyone else has tried this? I started a few months ago and have been very happy with the experience. My balls have always been a good size, but more often than not they cling close to the body and rarely have a decent sag to them. I think a lot of my issues stem from muscle tightness in the pelvic region, and maybe partly due to how my body regulates temperature. I’ve always been more sensitive to cold, and it takes a LOT of heat for me to sweat. I’m also one of those guys whose balls occasionally venture up into the body during sex, so likely also an aspect of “that’s just how I am” to it. But stretching has improved this a lot so it may be worth exploring if anyone out there has similar experiences. And as added benefits it has seemed to increase my sex drive, and I often get erections when wearing them. Disclaimer though, I’ve never had an issue with libido or erections so those extra benefits may not present for everyone. It also usually improves orgasm, and that’s a benefit I’d say is probably likely to be more common for more/most wearers. I haven’t pulled the trigger on the weights though, as I’m pretty nervous about strapping something on down there that has magnets or requires a screw to tighten(nightmare scenario and probably an unreasonable fear… but what happens if the screw head gets stripped?). I just use the silicone rings that stretch by pulling, so I’d recommend starting with those if anyone is interested.

And @madman I’d be interested to see an article or two on the topic if you ever stumble across any on the subject since you share so many other great resources.

While I would never have mentioned it otherwise, the nature of this email addresses one negative aspect of my T therapy that I've noticed. Having been on TE for a year, most results are positive, but one thing that I don't like is that my scrotum is pulled much tighter to my body (like when I was a kid) than it was pre T. Yes, it's quite vain to mention it, but in front of my wife I'd rather have some swinging nuts the way it used to be.

Does anybody have that result from T use, or know why this happens? I might not be averse to trying some of those silicone bands if they would help, but isn't there a danger of cutting off the blood supply to your testicles?

Are you also on HCG? That will prevent testicular atrophy and possibly restore some of the hang that you used to have. Some people don’t do well with it though, so if you are one of those people I’m not sure it’d be worth dealing unwanted sides just for some lower hand. I never had great hang even before starting T, so didn’t really notice a difference in that regard after starting. We always hear about the atrophy aspect, so perhaps that includes reduced hang for most. If so I’d imagine it’s just related to them getting basically shut down, so the body probably handles them differently.

There is a danger with circulation if you do it wrong, but it’s pretty simple. That’s also why I didn’t go with the metal weights since I imagine it could be difficult to get the size/diameter right. You basically just have to go slow and listen to your body. For example with the bands you should get 4-6 in a pack. When I started I’d always put them on after a hot bath when things were already really loose. Starting out you don’t keep them on as long, and start with a lower number. So for example you might only put 2 on and leave them on for 20 minutes before taking them off. But over time you’ll get to where you could have 4-5 on and probably leave them on safely for as long as you want. The main thing is to just be consistent and go slow. I mean, you are stretching skin and muscles and even other types of tissue. Just ease into it and keep building up over time.

Another benefit I’ve noticed is that my flaccid size is usually a little bigger. I’ve always been more of a grow-er than a show-er(basically seems average or even a little small when soft but is above average when hard. But it seems that stretching the skin around it from ball stretching makes my junk hang lower as well. Not really a big deal since I’d say erect size is obviously more important, but it is more comfortable and if I’m being honest it is a bit of a boost even if it is just my wife and I that see it.

I like to keep things simple, so I don't take HCG, only the T. It's been about a year now and I've had about 20% testicle shrinkage - they're fine, you don't really notice it. But the tighter scrotum bugs me a bit; your point about the body treating them differently because they've shut down makes sense.
