I can certainly look Into this in the future if my lower dose decides not to work. I'll see how I get on. Thanks for your Input
Anytime brotha. A nandrolone based protocol usually makes guys feel calm cool and collected. So anytime I see guys reporting that a test based protocol is making them feel anxious or ramped up, or that it’s disrupting sleep, I automatically think that they might be good candidates for a nandrolone based protocol

Would this protocol not deprive the body of testosterone if no testosterone is also being administered? It will shut down natural testosterone production. The penis for example, relies on the molecule testosterone in order for essential maintenance to occur. Nandrolone is not the same chemical messenger by any means. One of the dangers of long term use of anabolic steriods is depriving the body of testosterone! This could lead to erectile dysfunction.

***UPDATE GUYS****

So I think I have Found the culprit of why I have been feeling like I have.

It turns out I have a Vit b12 deficiency. Ferritin deficiency and also Vitamin D.

I got my bloods done a few weeks ago to check for vitamin deficiency. As you can see on the results I have attached, it all says its normal. But doing more research it turns out that these numbers are very low in fact my ferritin is terrible.

I'm not sure what this private doctor is doing saying that these levels are normal.

Anyways its just to send a message to you guys with the same symptoms is to get your vitamin levels checked and also check your iron and ferritin.

And always get a second opinion as its clear to see this doctor is a complete MORON!

Not vitamin D. In fact your level of 81 nMol/L correlates with peak natural testosterone. For some reason there's been this attempt to redefine everyone as deficient. Problems of deficiency aren't observed until well under 50 nMol/L.

Thanks for that info mate
I know its still on the lower side so its worth supplementing to bring it up a bit but I get what your saying.

I'm more focused on the b12 and ferritin which I know is deficient.

Grassfed beef liver is not only a great source of heme iron (form of iron that your body prefers) but it’s also the 2nd highest source of b12 on the planet, right behind clams. So you can kill two birds with one stone by either eating grassfed liver, or taking desiccated grassfed liver capsules. I personally eat raw grassfed beef liver a few times per week. Have for years now

TRT at sufficient doses seems to make almost everyone iron deficient (as evidenced by low ferritin) by using it up at a prodigious rate to manufacture excessive red blood cells and hemoglobin. The TOT practitioners will tell you not to worry about it. Just put some electrical tape over the flashing alarm lights on your dashboard so they won't bother you.

Anybody tried LTheanine with Trt for anxiety issues ?

My story is a bit of a long one but here it goes.

So last year I was on 0.5ml sus 250 instantly dialled in felt amazing in every department.

I come off it for fertilty reasons as the hcg caused lots of side effects.

3 months cold turkey and the depression and low mood was so unbearable I decided I had to do something about it.

I jumped backmon sus250 same dose as always and my anxiety was through the roof.

I switched doctors and went with test cyp and the dose was 0.29ml 3 x a week. That's 250mg/ml.

Still anxiety. So I lowered it to 0.22ml which improves slightly but the anxiety is still there and I just can't understand why it's there.

It's really confusing ad the 2nd time coming back on trt it's the worst experience ever. I've had bloods done and the levels where similar to where I was last time which never caused me. Any problems.

My question is has anybody went off trt for a few months ans come back on and been in the same situation.

It's like I'm constantly caffinated and in flight or flight mode like a heightened state if that makes sense.

Any feed back would be great as its really frustrating me now. It's effecting me life and career and wondering if its all worth it.

Been back on about 6/7bweeks

Thanks guys

Theanine only works for a little while. You should also take tryptophan with as well. The two together have a great calming effect. My vision was super clear. But this is short lived, maybe two weeks.
If you anxiety, you have be careful with stimulants. Caffeine, adderall, Ritalin and things of that nature. It makes anxiety worse. One of the reasons meth users start to hallucinate and have paranoia issues.

Just my two cents, good luck.

Have you done a DNA test for the MTHFR gene mutation? this gene has a strong correlation with Generalized anxiety disorder and depression, along with high blood pressure and a host of other nasties that want to kill you. apparently 1 in 5 people carry this gene. I believe it is fixed by taking a supplement called L-methyl folate?

Also in regards to the earlier comment, I would be interested to see if Pregnenolone gave you some relief? From memory Dr Keith Nichols starts all of his guys on Pregnenolone if on a T only protocol. Nootropics depot has a 5mg one that you dissolve under the tongue.

I doubt that at that level, either b12/D/ferritin is the cause of your anxiety TBH. won't hurt to bring them up, but i wouldn't count on it. anxiety can have about 1000x reasons.
caffeine is one definitely to kill. i mentioned it somewhere earlier but caffeine gives me worse anxiety then ADHD stimulants

Out of curiosity how do you test for that gene mutation?

Bump.
Interested how you're doing currently @whiting1986

I'm in UK as well and on Sustanon250 @ 100mg/week FWIW. Been on TRT for around 10 months. Hormone blood results - top of the range for TT and cFT FWIW. Have complete results in my journal.

I'm also getting to the point where I feel that I'm hyper during the day especially mid-day when some anxiety creeps in and RHR goes up. Flight or fight mode even with some thoughts. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Quit coffee, stimulants a long time ago. Stressful life and environment as well for many decades plays a role here, and believe strong. I believe I'm suffering from what I call "exsistencial anxiety" as my hard work for more then a decade is not yielding the results I'd be happy with and requires top mental form and shape.

Don't underestimate the effect TRT has on overall mineral balance. Especially sodium/potassium ratio is what usually gets overlooked when on TRT.
You might benefit from increased potassium uptake or test dose decrease. Some folks do way better on lower doses. If 50mg left you weak then consider 70mg. I'm sure you'll get dialed in.

H Pylori can have drastic systemic effects so consider treating that a priority. Antibiotics are usually a bad call with this one.

I've been an athlete half my life so do pay huge attention to everything incl electrolites, sodium/potassium etc, but that makes no difference what so ever. I actually might even remove the sodium completely for a week and see if I feel better/worse. Increasing salt doesn't work for me, especially when I'm sensitive as now. Have potassium at hand as well can experiment with dose increase too FWIW.

Also I have multi-strain resistant H-Pylori bacteria that 2 rounds of Antibiotics didn't kill. And no diet nor natural remedies will kill either. So composing a 3rd Antibiotics protocol which is longer and with bigger doses as per research papers/guidelines which I have studied for a long time. Not easy mission as well as docs here won't prescribe everything as needed and just like to go by old generic 7 day protocols which have low erradication rate.

I'll do 75mg per week and see how that feels. Also H-Pylori has contributions to many illneses and symptoms as well as anxiety and depression being one of them. And I have it for a long time plus inflamed stomach lining because of it and Esophagitus Gastritis which finally I can control with eating only Carnivore based diet as even drinking water gave me massice chest pains before. But the reallity is that H-Pylori must go and must be treated else Gastritis won't heal and my risk for further complications rises.
