Are you also using hCG?
I wonder if there would be any need to take progesterone in addition to hCG since you get quite a lot of progesterone from the hCG.

To each his own. 30mg prop daily would wreck me with side effects. Hell, 10mg had me wired well into the night

I'm using just 5mg of progesterone drops EOD cause of half life of transdermal progesterone is 30-40 hrs, on ED application and felt tired and sedated all times. Tried HCG long time ago and had moon face with aggression and irritation at any dosage.

What brand do you like because I use a 20mg cream but I only use a quarter of a pump

I like IdeaLabs Progestene which is in liquid form and easy to dose, 3 drops has 5mg.

Just curious if anyone on prop still does injections before bed? I switched to doing 12mg before bed subq and it feels much better. I think prop spikes way slower than most people think on this thread. I know, I know I need to get bloodwork but I haven’t been on protocol long enough. I’ll get blood work in 3 weeks because I just started this protocol on Monday. Also using progesterone cream

Yes sorry, I’m keeping with morning dosages because my test ~4 hours after injection was 936. Shbg unchanged, e2 at peak was 40. I’m still having sleep issues on prop however. Progesterone cream’s effectiveness for sleep waned after about 4 weeks. I might switch to an enan and cream combo protocol but I want to give prop the full experience

Interesting. What was your test prop dose? I've had same issue with straight prop causing too much stimulation at night. I suggest you to try enth+prop blend with higher ratio enth to prop.

I haven't tested my blood work yet so no idea. Best part to inject for are IM delts.
