Sex drive and semen

Thought I would throw my .02 in. I inject 250iu of HCG eod, prior to that, my testes got so small I was concerned, like jelly beans. HCG has brought them back to at least pre trt size. Semen is usually normal, occasionally I'll get the sticky stringy version. I have had a vasectomy so the HCG isn't for fertility, just for peace of mind that I still have a pair.

Just want to jump in quickly with my personal experience:

TRT since February (T-Cyp + HCG)
Jump in libido/function in first 30 days, "honeymoon"
Decline after, lower libido, fatigue, function was meh
Found out my E2 was sky high (60+)
Added AI
Back in business! Libido great, function could be better, but I don't think it's TRT-related.

Volume is lower than pre-TRT but variable and unrelated to treatment, it seems. Not doing anything to improve it cause I honestly don't care. What's important for me is strong erections and orgasm intensity/ease.

One just needs to be careful with AIs, usually more frequent smaller dose injections will tame E2 levels. And probably just be all around healthier.
