Semen volume on TRT WITHOUT HCG

Please note I talk about seamen volume, load size, not sperm.

For those of you taking only test with NO HCG how is semen volume affected?

4-5 weeks into TRT mine decreased a lot. I got my penis sensitivity reduced, and when I orgasmed only a little load would come and it felt like I could not orgasm fully. In fact it felt terrible. I added HCG to fix those things and it fixed them. But I have struggled to dial myself with HCG. It decreases my energy and mood. I will try now to inject smaller doses and more frequently. But If I cannot dial myself on the HCG I need to consider dropping it.

Some guys claim those issues can fix by itself with time without HCG. But I do not see how this would happen with balls not working. My testicles have become very small and soft without HCG, like they were completely dead.

What is your experience with this? Regards

I have not seen a good solution for this issue while on trt. That’s kinda how it goes for most guys.

Some people talk about different supplements increasing load size like celery ceed for example but Im very skeptical to that also I do not wanna blindly stacking herbs that can also have side effects

One of the reasons I stopped TRT was the decreased volume and force when cumming.
When I am not on a TRT, my loads are large and lots of force. TRT takes that down to a very small amount that just dribbles out.
That in turn really reduces the enjoyment of getting off for me.

Couple that with TRT also makes it very hard for me to finish. I normally have sex twice a day and can get off each time when I am not on TRT.
On it, I am lucky if I can get off 2-3 times a week.

I tried all kinds of HCG protocols, supplements, etc., and nothing helped.

For me it came down to what trade offs did I want to live with. At 50 years old and having a younger wife, sex is still a priority for me. So TRT was shelved for the time being.

I inject sustanon 20mg daily(the only available ester in my country, I considered traveling to neighbouring country for enanthate but gave up that idea for the near future).

4 weeks after initiating TRT I started injecting 2 times per week 250ui hcg due to decreased seamen volume and decreased sexual pleasure. But I noticed on the first week two days after injection my seamen started to decrease and I started injecting 250 ui eod.
I was doing this I think 3 weeks and I consider now doing 100 ui daily since I still feel a bit tired and low energy from the HCG.

I would give this protocol a try:

Sustanon 50 mg twice per week plus hCG 500 IU twice per week (lower T dose and higher hCG dose). I would also add cialis 5-10 mg every night if you can tolerate it (No sinus congestion, headache, backache, indigestion)

But why to switch to more rare injections? Except the seamen stuff I felt very stable on daily testosterone only

Daily injections are really not needed with the pharmacokinetics of Sustanon. And your total weekly dose was 140 mg. I am just giving you a suggestion that may or may not work. You can always go back to your usual protocol.

Thanks for the suggestion, but for now I prefer to stick to daily. I will see now what will be with daily HCG 100ui as well. Several guys reported very good results with such dose of HCG although it is not supported by the research

You need at least 300 IU hCG for intratesticular testosterone to be high enough to improve sperm. 100 IU will do nothing.

I also experience this, but consider it to be a trade off that goes along with the benefits of TRT.

The way I see it, an orgasm lasts a second or two whereas the improved health I get from TRT is something I live with 24/7, so it is a side effect that I'm willing to accept.

Same here. My volume/sensitivity went down on TRT solo.....did not come back to normal after adding HCG at different dosages over past two years. I look at this as cost of admisssion for me too.

For now I want to optimize myself to feel well, included sexually then I will try to adjust the dose for fertility purposes. Dialing in myself is a bit more complicated, Im very sensitive to everything so I must do things only one step at a time.
