It's Walgreens. They may not carry it but if you bring Rx they will order it for you. Crazy expensive. Of course they can order it for you.

In West Hollywood, CA, CVS can get it but they don't stock it. so it takes a few days for them to get it.

You may want to look into Empower nasal gel too. Much cheaper if you are paying out of pocket

Theoretically, but, in practice, it actually doesn’t work out that way. I think probably the biggest thing I have noticed is that if too much time passes between doses, I start to feel fatigued.

Somehow, you end up feeling good for longer than the pharmakinetics would suggest. I suppose it’s possible that while you’re riding levels up and riding down, you feel decent benefit.

Other benefit is that less gel has resulted in less issues for me with the gel running down my throat. Also, I haven’t had the headaches I had originally with the higher dose.

How was your experience with the nasal gel? Pro's? Con's?

For anyone who's interested, I am the original OP and am not currently on Natesto. That said, I have used it between protocols to allow for a "wash out" whatever I have been doing. Every time I trial something new and don't feel good, I start fantasizing about the good 'ole days when I was doing well on Natesto. Then, I realize, there is a reason why I kept looking at alternatives to Natesto: I sometimes feel under treated on it. In fairness, I suspect some of this my own impatience. I think Natesto works best if you give your self time to recover some of your own hormone signaling pathways (assuming it's possible for you). That takes time.

All that said, I am contemplating some kind of combination therapy - using Natesto along with something else. I have done this with hCG, but I no longer tolerate hCG, and in light of a lot of the recent posts, don't have an interest in going back on it. I have never used any DHT derivatives (Provirion, Anavar, etc). My goal is to feel a bit more energy and libido than what Natesto alone gives. So, I am looking for some anecdotes on these compounds. I have not done much research on them, but I believe they can be obtained via a legitimate Rx? Does anyone want to comment on their experience?

I suspect I'd do fine if I committed to Natesto and stuck to it for 6-12 weeks. If I end up doing it, I'll certainly document the journey.

I was delighted to see it come back since I liked it better than Androgel, but have found that since its return I have had great difficulty with breathing problems after its use. This is not just disappointing but has left me with a stock of an expensive product that I find difficult to use. Can I safely spread it over my abdomen, like Androgel, even if the absorption may not be as effective?

I don’t think you’ll have any luck getting any of that to absorb into your body that way. You need mucosa/blood vessels for it to seep into.

Have you tried using using the applicator to spread it around the nose? You can also try to go a little higher up in the nose to prevent it from feeling stuffy. Finally, you can try using a nasal rinse every few days to remove some of the extra gunk that builds up.

All that said, I’ve had similar issues. Not all of the time, but some of the time. I wonder if the product is any different now compared to when you used it before? Do you have any information on dosing consistency and what went on in Canada?

How about rectal insertion and application assuming the anus is pretty tight. Never tried it but another very vascular area that should work with the formulation.

Perhaps lie down on your back for a few minutes after application in that yoga pose where you grab the bottom of your feet??

Yes you can but it will be rather ineffective.

One pump of Androgel is 20mg testosterone. Usually two pumps per day are applied for a total of 40mg testosterone per day. Androgen is alcohol based gel and probably has better absorption rate than Natesto.

2 pumps of Natesto is only 11mg testosterone.

my Natesto had shards of testosterone crystals!!!

sorry for the cross posting but want as many folks to see this as possible.

my Natesto worked almost too well first week or so and than really hit or mostly miss. did some trouble shooting nasal rinses clean my nose etc. but turns out large crystals in my Natesto likely why dosage was all over the place. both bottles.. my guess is poor manufacturing.

If use Natesto take the label off and have a close look to see if have shards of testosterone aswell! super interested if was just this batch or what. hopefully replacement comes tomorrow so can see if they need a major recall. or if other guys see this aswell in there Natesto.. please report back!!

some tiny ones but mostly 3-5mm long and 2-3 mm wide give or take. very flat with spear pointed tips...ie classic crystallization/never dissolved. coldest its got is maybe MAYBE 19C and def not long enough to grow crystals unless I suppose was overdosed and hyper saturated. I wonder what the dosing issue was in canada.

I have been on Natesto protocol every day X3 times a day since about a 1year 1/2 and started slow X2 times a day. My body seems to tolarate good just during the first 30 minutes feeling heart and BP going up my boys looks smaller and not as full , wife doesn't seem to care the loads seems reasonable but all good no brain fog and libido is ok most times certainly at the 1 hour mark I feel strong and my body feels lighter and gym lifts are way better and its hard to explain on a post but the valley after about 5 hours is ruff sometimes I just cannot wait the full 6-8 hours. not sure why my body say's time for your second dose. here's my latest blood test with out of Baylor Collage Of Medicine total free test- 448ng/dl

Tadifil daily-2.5mg Viagra when I feel like it not daily possibly 1/4 tab. If I get good sleep I get erection and hard enough for some pounding penetration and last when she has orgasms It becomes difficult for me not to orgasm or when she says your taking to long I give her the load If I concentrate.

My Dr. Recommend Tlando Has anyone here tried the medication? Pro's and cons?
