Yeah I don't think he cares about body building but if you're not I don't think there is a point in running a full cycle if body building isn't your priority
I doubt the 500mg will keep him feeling amazing most pro bodybuilders I know feel better on trt than full blown cycles after a while

In regards to this topic, testosterone, by definition, is definitely a drug. But so isn’t food. I’ve heard that sugar is more addicting than heroin, which sounds crazy, when u first hear it, but when I honestly think about it, I actually believe that’s true. Man, sometimes I get cravings for sweet foods that I just can’t kick, and it must be similar to what someone experiences when they fiending for a dose of heroin. I’ve never robbed or lied to get my sugar fix, but I do think the cravings we have for sugar, sometimes, can equate to being addicted to a drug.

But anyways lol. Just like with anything else in life, it’s all about balance. Yes, of course too much testosterone is going to be bad for u. Everyone just has a different view of what “too much test” is. But no matter what a person’s opinion of what “too much” is, it’s just a fact that once u go above what the body physiologically needs, it’s going to start having a negative effect on ur health. But again, how much of a negative impact on ur health it has, is also going to vary, depending on the person’s opinion. But bottom line is, it’s obv going to be worse for u the higher u go above physiological needs. I just personally don’t think say 200, or even 300mg per week is as bad as some people think it is, on overall health/ longevity, especially if the person is on top of their diet and all other lifestyle factors that affect health/ longevity. I just think it’s funny that guys will freak out if someone uses a bit too much of the drug testosterone, and says it’s gonna ruin their health and take years off their life, yet nobody says anything of a guy intakes way too much of the drug sugar, and eats like crap, which I argue will ruin ur health multitudes more, and faster, than using say 200-300mg of test per week, assuming the person is keeping their vital signs within normal limits, and keeping blood viscosity where it ideally should be. Just think it’s silly to scare guys into thinking they’re ruining their health/ lives for wanting to take say 200-300mg of test per week, when it’s way worse to eat like crap, live a sedentary lifestyle, use certain recreational drugs and alcohol regularly, live a high stress life, get very little sleep each night, etc.

But at the end of the day, this whole topic is going to be based more on opinions, than facts, so we just have to accept that everyone is going to feel differently about it, and I fully respect that

Ya no idea what his motivation could be. I’m personally not a fan of cycling anything. I can’t deal with getting better, just to have to regress afterwards. That would mess with me too much. I’m all about slow and steady progress. Suits me mentally way better

But this guy does switch things up more than most of us switch our bed sheets, so I wouldn’t be surprised one bit to see a tren video coming soon lol

Running a full cycle and feeling amazing but having to come off would really suck I don't want to experience that so yeah maybe some places are better left unexplored depending on your personality

Will be interesting to see how long he sticks with this protocol but he has opened the flood gates now
I'm sure he will be realising videos on how blasting and cruising is healthy now if you run 2 miles a day

I think this a very under-appreciated point. In my observation, the whole bulk and cut, blast and cruise mentality usually turns into a smokescreen for no real long-term progress. Brief unsustainable bursts of progress stick in people's self-image, and the injuries, decline and general lack of progress are forgotten. If people would keep a consistent protocol for at least 18 months, they will get a realistic assessment of what trajectory they are really on. Doing so is what made me realize I was not really progressing and needed to adopt a completely different training philosophy.
 
Ya this guy is all over the place. He also put out quite a few vids talking about why he loved prop so much, and why it’s the best ester of test, and now switched to enanthate. I mean, I’m all for people experimenting/ trialing and erroring what works and doesn’t work for them, but man, this guy is taking those concepts to a new level

I'm all for self experiment but he never seems to be on a program for more than a month
Good luck
but I don't see the point in doing daily shots
If your running a full a cycle surely that's half the bonus being able to just shoot twice a week I'm all for daily shots for trt with prop but not for a 500mg cycle
