My vitamin D requirements have doubled as I improved my health, lowered my A1C and lost weight, why is that the case?

My parathyroid hormone level is low normal so it seems I’m just super sensitive to vitamin D and can’t handle anything approaching 30. On a sidenote, it seems my high sodium diet for the last three weeks has caused a calcium problem on top of the carnivore diet having virtually no calcium in it.

I supplement the calcium for a day and seem to have mostly recovered. The muscle spasms and cramps were very intense and painful. I even got rashes and hives. I remember eating six eggs for lunch one day and then I started getting hives minutes later, because the high sodium intake causes you to lose calcium.

i wonder if the vitamin D increased absorption of jatenzo as often happens with PED users there dicks stop working too dipsite huge amounts of test.

or perhaps jatenzo was affecting liver function which of course affects ferritin vitamin D etc aswell. there are other things going on that we cant test for either.

anyway, glad u figured it out was alot to do with jatenzo! thought i asked that but matters little!

No I found out I had low calcium. When you increase vitamin D in the presents of low calcium, parathyroid increases causing the bone pain and all other symptoms. I'm taking 3000 IU D3 without issue.

I'm also suffering from hypotension (103/72, too low for me) and my doctor doesn't believe I need blood pressure medicine anymore. The burning, pricking, feeling faint, lightheadedness symptoms are from low blood pressure.

After all those blood donations, reducing my ferritin to below 50, my blood pressure dropped.

I took 5000 IU D3 yesterday and felt amazing, but I had to supplement calcium or those symptoms reappear.

I don't even need magnesium or vitamin K, adding any of these causes problems.

I've reached a steady state on Jatenzo this morning and boy do I feel it!

Now that I've weaned off my beta-blocker I can't tolerate 600 IU D3. It's causing an inflammatory response, painful stomach cramping, excess urination, swelling red fingertips near the fingernail.

This occurs within minutes of taking the vitamin D powder form. The liquid caps cause yellow bruises all over my legs above 400 IU. I can't tolerate any amount of vitamin C supplement (90 mg) either without feeling extremely high.

It's like I've become a hyper responder to many different things all of a sudden.
