Initial reaction?

Thank you all. I’ve been considering a lower dose as I am unsure of the effects of exogenous T on the central nervous system and its effects on restful sleeping. Is it possible that my levels just don’t reach a bottom level at night where my body can just calm down and get deep sleep?

Some of us have found this to be the case. When I dose such that testosterone is highish or rises early in the night, sleep quality and duration are degraded. Switching to—early morning—injections of the aforementioned TE/TP blend resolved the issue, giving me an extra hour of quality sleep, on average.

What would your initial reaction be to these levels at face value?

I sleep 8-9 hours per night and am still tired all day. I have had thyroid checked (although I still think I may be hypothyroid), Iron, etc. I am feeling lower energy these days. I am 51 and been on TRT since 2020. Took a long time to try and get dialed in. I am having trouble pinpointing what the culprit could be.
I understand my view is quite the opposite of most others' perspective, but with the long esters of cypionate and enanthate after about 6 weeks of once per week IM injections blood serum levels become quite stable. My recommendation is to move to once a week injections at your current dose, see how you feel in 6 weeks along with getting new labs at true trough. I'm of the opinion that men don't need to be jabbing themselves more than once a week and this will likely lead to an increase in estradiol, a decrease in FT, and your SHBG level will probably remain about the same.
Although your estradiol on previous labs was within normal range, I (and many other men) find I feel better when estradiol is in the mid-20s to low 30s. Additionally, many men including myself feel better when TT a trough is in the 500-600 range; along with this, with decreased FT and increased estradiol you'll likely feel better. Good luck!

I was on 80 mg/wk for a year and my free shot up. I could tell over the course of the year on 80 mg/wk I just started to feel more tired and then slowly had more irritability, then insomnia hit. I lowered a few times and settled at 53 mg/wk. My sleep improved, tiredness diminished greatly and workouts almost tripled in length. My total is around 515 and free a little lower than 150. I do EOD shots. Estrodial is around 30. I think you sound like me. My SHBG lowered over the course of a year and free shot up. I take nothing else but 53 mg/wk of test cyp. Less is definitely better for me. I imagine I might improve a slight bit if I lowered even more.
