Well, it’s confirmed. I have hyperparathyroidism normal calcium variant. I’m only taking 600 units of vitamin D. This explains why my diabetes gets worse when I take vitamin D.
My symptoms are as follows, bone pain, body aches, muscle pain, jaw pain, headaches, and pain in the testicles and also rapid change in the size of my testicles, being full size one moment and completely retracted the next.
I also get pain, tingling sensations in my throat after taking the vitamin D supplement. It makes a speech nearly impossible at times.
My muscles go from being hard one hour, eating and to being soft in an instant. I also found that playing with my vitamin D supplement dose causes changes in muscle hardness, and how I feel, but never staying in that sweet spot for very long.
I also have changes in the color of my teeth and a strange taste in my mouth.
Hyperparathyroidism, normal calcium variant also causes low testosterone. Throw in previously being overweight and now you developed diabetes.
It’s the perfect storm!
I was able to fill the container with urine yesterday before the 24 hours was up, I ran out of space. I’m so thirsty all the time.
I have to underdose vitamin D to keep the symptoms at bay but at the same time I go from feeling the effects of low vitamin D, increase the dose and then I get these symptoms.
Maybe when I get this situation corrected I’ll be able to handle a bigger dose of vitamin D without issue.
I’m starting to wonder if all my issues on TRT were related to hyperthyroidism. I couldn’t tolerate any vitamin D on TRT once I stopped the beta blocker.
I do not plan on starting TRT again if that’s what you’re wondering. I still feel better off TRT and I my usual upbeat personality even though I feel like crap at times.
Pain is an old friend of mine. I don’t let anything get me down.

Is the loss of creatine while my muscles get soft?
