I have had secondary hypogonadism for the past 10 years. I did not realize what is was until now. I tried HCG and test but i still have dead dick.

Im wondering if its too late to fix my HPA Axis, im 36 years old.

I have full impotence, I cannot maintain or achieve an erection, viagra does not work, only at high doses it works and it hurts my brain and heart too much when i do that so i dont want to take it if i do get lucky. I do not pursue women anymore since I am impotent. Life is not a walk in the part, its grim.

I read with triptorelin you only get 1 shot...if u do too much it will shut off your pituitary function for good...I think thats very risk...can that equal death or some sort of paralysis?

triptorelin is for sale online...i do not think its worth the risk but i read somewhere that someone who used anabolics for 12 years restarted his HPA axis and restored it with a single dose of this stuff.

I just want to know if you do it wrong, can it lead to a life debilitating effect such as paralysis or early grave and/or is there any way to recover from a dose of this stuff....from what Ive read its a 1 shot thing.

NOTE: Ive seen many doctors already and all of them just tell me my levels are normal, we dont see anything wrong. Its not psychological, i know its chemical.

You’ve been in a T deficient state for a long time, so don’t expect overnight success in restoring your former erectile status. It may take up to 6 months to start seeeing improvement.

Your case is very different, you’ve been in an androgen deficient state where is this guy you read about wasn’t. Damage to tissue occurs the longer your hormones are low.

After 10 years i would think all of my tissues have completly died away and then what would happen....would like where the neves once were is nothing there now since they died? as in my white blood cells ate away at all the dead neurons and nerves in my body regarding my sexual function?

First of all, hang in there. Fixing health issues is often a multi-year journey of trial and error. Triptorelin seems high-risk compared to other options. Bi-Mix/Tri-Mix sound like options to try. going on a low dose (e.g. 10 mg) of cialis would make sense. Carido conditioning is often a help. And there are a number of other factors such as DHEA which many of us find helpful. I notice a difference with high-dose vitamin C (1 gram several times a day). If Clomid doesn't restart your HPTA. then you are likely going to need TRT, but that is not a major problem. The important thing is to get you T levels up into a healthy range. If your not already working with a quality clinic like Defy, that is something to consider as well, since there are other factors like thyroid and infections which can also play a role.

Post your labs that show you have secondary hypogonadism.

Erection is controlled by the nervous and vascular systems and indirectly by hormones. If your hormones are normal as your doctors say, then you either have a nerve damage to the nerves inervating the penis or a vascular damage in the penis.

I never had full impotence. I could still get it up and perform just a lot of work. But on trt I’m much better. And the scrotal Cream works even better then injections for me as far as erections and libido is concerned.

I tried triptorelin to try and restart my natural testosterone production. But it failed to raise it any.

Is there a test for nerve damage? All the doctors I visit never seem to know what they are doing

You will have to go to a neurologist or a urologist for nerve testing.

For vascular testing, I think urologists do ultrasound imaging of the blood vessels in the penis to see if there is blood leaking.
