We'll I am pretty lean yes but the stack is much more beneficial for health then just seeing vascularity...much more;-)

Having low body fat levels will always enhance ones vascularity as when body fat levels are higher vascularity will be masked to a certain degree. You will notice in a previous thread Vince is very lean as pics he posted show his clearly defined abs. Combining a diet that will enhance fat loss with Genes protocol will give the best results. Sub 10% bf is when you will really start to notice vascularity.

For some reason I have a lot of vascularity but there is no way I am close to 10%... Not sure what drives this with me but I have to attribute most of it to the stack...

Are you sure it is adipose and you are not just retaining water as you look fairly lean to me in your pic? What method of testing did you use to determine your body fat %, hopefully not BIA(bioelectrical impedance) as that method is not as accurate as skin fold calipers or the gold standard DEXA. I think the main benefits of Genes stack is the positive impact it will have on ones endothelial/vascular function/health and of course it will increase ones vascularity without dieting (for those with higher body fat levels) but vascularity will be enhanced greatly in those whom attain the single digit body fat % and if one is seeking to use Genes stack for the sole purpose of enhancing vascularity it would seem to me that achieving lower body fat levels combined with Genes stack would give the most bang for the buck and hitting sub 10% body fat visually the veins will POP!

Yeah I use the handheld deal... You key in your age, height ,weight and hold on with each hand. It pretty consistently says I am14-16% body fat.... For whatever reason I am always vascular right now to the point my wife thinks it gross (but I like it). I am religious with the stack but it is slightly altered for me... I wonder if heavy lifting also contributes to vascularity and if genetics play a role too?

Some stats on me to put it in perspective... Height 5'11'', weight 230, bicep 19 inches cold, waist 33 inches. The way I train is heavy weight with a lot of reps... For example when I do triceps I do 225 for reps of 25-30. On chest day I will do 20-25 sets and here is a sampe of what I do on flat bench-

Set 1. 135 30 reps
Set 2. 225 20 reps
Set 3. 275 15 reps
Set 4. 315 12 reps
Set 5. 365 8 reps
Set 6. 405 6 reps
Set 7. 315 15 reps
Set 8. 225 30 reps

Move to incline...

That is a high volume good poundage............think I would over train using that volume as I tend to do my warm up sets and than use 6x6 heavy weight every set. Genetics definitely plays a role in vascularity and as far as training lower rep/heavy weight may enhance vascularity but I would say higher reps/lighter weight shorter rest periods is more prone to creating new blood vessels/capillaries.

I do those weights and reps with little rest time maybe 1 minute max... It's just the way I have trained forever. CT fletcher posted a youtube video doing 225 for 400 reps in a little less than 2 hours, I did it in an hour and 15 minutes :).... I also just work each body part once per week...

I take the arginine, pycnogenol, citrulline 3 times a day at the recommended amounts. I take 5MG of daily cialis. That's my modified version. I don't take preworkout for every work out but when I take pre most of the ingredients are in the pre so I skip 1 of the 3 doses that day. I love the stack !!!

70MG Test Cyp twice per week
400 units HCG 3 times per week
50MG of test cream daily
Daily stack

No cardio :)

I eat clean and train on weights (not much rest so heart rate is very elevated) 6 times per week.

Unfortunately I can not take Arginine because it gives me bad diarrhea so I just use Citrulline at 4 grams a day total. I tried Black Maca for a bit but that killed my stomach and after more research did not like what I read....

My stack is similar to this but doses are a little different and I use bulk supplements Pine Bark instead of Pycnogenol to save a little money. I have added a couple other things like garlic, zinc, Vit C and D which seem to help, overall I have seen a big improvement (I have taken Zinc and D my whole adult life I just upped my D intake). Recently added Tongkat Ali extract at 80mg and 6mg of Boron and that has been great, I am now wondering if my Test levels were down and maybe this brought me back up. I did use steroids in my 20s and I am now 36 and wondering if that effected me negatively. I don't use steroids anymore, I haven't in years and wont again. I still weight train but not heavy because of injuries to my shoulder and neck plus my lower back acts up sometimes, fun fun.....

Any benefit to taking the Citrulline and HGW 3 times a day instead of 2 which is what I am currently doing? Would adding another 2 grams of Citrulline mid day be beneficial or stick with what I am doing? I also just started doing the Pine Bark once a day instead of twice at half the dose because I feel like that is messing with my stomach for some reason. Lastly it is very hard to find the answer to my question regarding HGW, is it fine to stay on this long term without breaks? (I use the bulk supps 10%)

Hi Chris you did not mention how much Tadalafil and Doxazsin you are taking with this stack.

But remember, the foundation of my stack is the PDE5i Tadalafil and alpha blocker Doxazsin; these are two powerhouses.

Everything else is just supplemental and supporting. -Gene
