Unfortunately I can not take Arginine because it gives me bad diarrhea so I just use Citrulline at 4 grams a day total. I tried Black Maca for a bit but that killed my stomach and after more research did not like what I read....
My stack is similar to this but doses are a little different and I use bulk supplements Pine Bark instead of Pycnogenol to save a little money. I have added a couple other things like garlic, zinc, Vit C and D which seem to help, overall I have seen a big improvement (I have taken Zinc and D my whole adult life I just upped my D intake). Recently added Tongkat Ali extract at 80mg and 6mg of Boron and that has been great, I am now wondering if my Test levels were down and maybe this brought me back up. I did use steroids in my 20s and I am now 36 and wondering if that effected me negatively. I don't use steroids anymore, I haven't in years and wont again. I still weight train but not heavy because of injuries to my shoulder and neck plus my lower back acts up sometimes, fun fun.....
Any benefit to taking the Citrulline and HGW 3 times a day instead of 2 which is what I am currently doing? Would adding another 2 grams of Citrulline mid day be beneficial or stick with what I am doing? I also just started doing the Pine Bark once a day instead of twice at half the dose because I feel like that is messing with my stomach for some reason. Lastly it is very hard to find the answer to my question regarding HGW, is it fine to stay on this long term without breaks? (I use the bulk supps 10%)
