Do you guys think 5mg daily of Cialis would work ok instead of twice daily? I could only get insurance to cover 5mg daily. I know I can order online but rather just deal with what i can get local if it would still give me good benefit.

Work in what sense? Improve erectile function? It should. Try and see what your results are. Most of us modify this stack in some form or fashion.

are you saying, for instance, you can get 30, 5mg pills but if you try and refill it in two weeks you'll get turned down? there's a difference in what they say and what they will do, sometimes.

Well 5mg is the recommended daily dose, jsut because it's listed here twice per day is of little consequence actually.

I'm happy with the India pharmacies, you should have no problems if you need to supplement.

Thanks Vince, I have had good luck with other products from India as well, I just figured if 5mg a day works then all well and good. I still am unclear as to whether it's the double dose to keep a steady supply of Tadalafil is the key or just the dosage?

well 5mg is THE daily therapy recommendation, just because Gene lists it in his "recipe" does not equate to how YOU have to use it. Try 5mg and see how you do. Try 5mg twice a day...see how you do. Lot's of us use the recipe as a baseline, only.

Wow, multiple random boners through out the day, insane pumps at the gym, insane vascularity. Morning wood that will just simply not go away, been waking up due to this early than my official wake up time. The only downside is getting used to and struggling with is the sides of Cialis (Headaches, Stuffy nose, sinus pressure and elevated resting HR around 97 - 100). I will dial down the dose to half to see if it helps else drop it completely.
So far this is stellar!!!!

Good to hear! I also deleted the Doxazosin. What brand Beet Root are you using and how much? You lost me on the rest. What's low dose Deca (just started), Ipamorelin, Frag 176 - 191, LGD 4033, S4, GW.?

I am using Solary Beetroot Juice - 2 Tablespoons 3 x day along with the stack.
Low dose Deca = 120 mg per week for masking joint pain from lifting and may be some synergistic androgen/anabolic partitioning with Test Cyp
Ipamorelin = GHRP (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide - 100 mcg before bed) for Anti-aginng, Building Muscle, Better Sleep.
Frag 176 - 191 = GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone - 100 mcg before bed) for Fat loss (Fragment analogue of GH with Fat loss properties)
LGD 4033, S4 Anadrine, and GW1516 are SARMS for experimentation purpose to see some muscle growth, and Fatloss/Recomp as raved about.

Cut out Cialis completely and feeling much better today from the sides. Will run with out it for some time and I hope the results dont diminish. Just cant deal with the sides, been waking up with dangerously puffy eyes. Not sure whats causing it....

Those side effects will go away soon. Stick to 10 mg. of Cialis. The beets are just super.

Great thread, I am new here and will do some more looking around on the site and read more pages of this but does anyone have any suggestions on a simplified version of this stack? I ask for a couple reason, this is pretty expensive to keep up with and I need something cheaper and Arginine absolutely destroys my stomach and I cant take it. I do have a bad stomach so I worry about taking to many things and not knowing what is causing me to run to the bathroom multiple times a day, not fun.

36yrs old, in good shape, workout 5 days a week. I have taken many gym supplements over the years but some mess with my stomach or I feel they are not worth it so I keep it simple now. I have a beautiful wife who likes sex daily and I am trying to keep up. I have mild ED, some days im fine others its hit or miss or takes more work to maintain. I have been taking 10mg of Cialis daily for the last 6 months and it helps but not perfect. I have tried most of what is listed here and other stuff but not all together.

Currently taking:

DHEA - 50mg
Cialis - 10mg
Yohimbine HCL - 5mg
Vit D - 2000IU
Zinc - 30mg

I just picked up some Doctors Best brand L Citrulline powder and thinking about taking 6g a day total and splitting it, 3g before my workout in the morning and 3g after dinner. How does this look? I do have some leftover Vitamin Shoppe brand horny goat weed and might give that another shot too.

Given you're taking 10mg/daily Cialis this should work together and give you good results. That would be a simplified and more economical stack, even more economical when you buy in bulk as in bulksupplements.com, I buy from them on Amazon.

Thanks for the feedback and if anyone else has any id appreciate it. Yes I am definitely not taking Arginine it kills my stomach but I am leaning towards just adding the Citrulline for now and see if that alone helps and I pray it doesn't hurt my stomach, I have read its easier on the stomach then Arginine. I might do the Horney Goat Weed since I have some from last year. I have read 3g is enough for ED so I am hoping the 6g a day divided in 2 doses will be good since I workout too.

I thought that was Malate? I could be wrong but I believe regular Citrulline can be dosed a little lower. I am trying to keep this cost effective so I will go with 6grams a day for a while split morning before workout and after dinner and see how it goes. Anything else I should add? I know some pre workouts I have taken in the past seem to effect EQ but they are always a blend and not sure what is helping exactly.

Beet Root Powder seems to be popular lately? Maybe I will stick with what I am doing and just add the Citrulline and hope for the best.

i dont' know the dose difference if there is one just that for me Malate tastes like garbage so I just use straight Citrulline. beet root is pricey but very effective, I have trouble with it if it's unflavored. A liked one called beet elite black cherry but it was pricey.

I agree, Malate taste terrible I have used it in the past for the gym, the Citrulline powder I got today from the Vitamin Shoppe had zero taste and so far so good with my stomach but I need to give it a couple days to see if it messes with that, sometimes if something isn't agreeing with me it doesn't hit me till the next morning but fingers crossed.

I might try Beet Root but yes looks expensive although some of the caps don't look to bad depending on how much you need to take. Last question from me, if I try beet root ill go with the 500mg capsules, how much is recommended per day? And is it known to upset the stomach?

One other question because I cant seem to find a clear answer on Google, do you or anyone else here know if Yohimbine HCL safe to use daily long term? I am using a very low dose (2.5mg twice a day) and sides seem ok, only thing I get is a little bit of increased heart rate but doesn't seem to bad and not always.

You're doing pretty good with what you're doing. Specially with the Cialis daily. I have been doing about the same of what you're doing. I use some of the compounds of the stack but I do my adjustmentson. Keep it up.

Only thing I am wondering about is long term use of the Yohimbine HCL, I cant find a straight answer online for this. Since I am adding the Citrulline I might try cutting back the Yohimbine HCL dose to 2.5mg which is very small but is supposed to still help. I think my daily plan for the next few months will be something like this....

Cialis - 10mg
Citrulline - 6grams
Yohimbine HCL - 2.5mg
Zinc - 30mg (optizinc)
Vit D - 2000iu
DHEA - 50mg

Pycnogenol - 100mg (I have enough for 2 months, not sure if ill continue after that but if necessary and recommended I will, is this important?)

Lastly I also have a left over bottle from a year ago that I never used of 60 Pycnogenol 100mg so I just started one a day of that and will last me 2 months. I plan on doing a little more research but does anyone know a cheaper alternative to this? It is very expensive and not sure ill buy again after this runs out. Doesnt Tree Bark Extract and Grape Seed Extract basically have the same effect? Any recommendations for something good that is cost effective? Thanks.
