Hello friends!
My name is Brandon and I am 37 years old.
First of all I have to say that I am very thankful for all the time and effort that you people invested in this thread. There is just so much valuable information here. Thanks a lot everybody!
I do however have a few questions. In particular because I am only looking at all this information for ED reasons. Yes, I have been to a few doctors. It seems that my blood, testosterone and overall health is alright. I do happen to have relatively high (or pre-high/high-normal) blood pressure though (around 135). I am also seeing someone for the the psychological aspect of this but that does not seem to be my major issue.
That means I am of course trying to eat healthy, get my sleep, reduce stress and hit the gym once or twice a week. But I am not in this for muscle growth, the pump or some sort of vascularity.
Having said that, I was wondering in which way to modify this stack according to my needs. In particular with regards to "The Dude" post below.
1. How would you guys adjust this stack considering I am under 40, not bodybuilding, have high blood pressure, some pretty severe ED and following a moderatley healthy diet? Do you guys think there is any way of getting there without the Cialis (see 2.)?
Here is what I am going for right now:
Summary for 24 hours (1/2 in morning and 1/2 before bed)
#######################################################
5 mg Cialis
3600 mg L-Arginine
1400 mg Citrulline
180 mg Pycnogenol / Pinebark Extract
... and beet juice, pomegranate powder, omega-3 oil as well as many vitamins
2. Cialis (not generic ones, the original from Lilly and even at such low doses as 2.5mg per day) happens to induce some uncomely skin conditions (rosacea/acne) in my face and in particular on my nose. Is anybody else experienceing something like this? I also have that with Viagra but then it is even worse. Otherwise the tadalafil is very efficient. I was thinking about trying Cialis in liquid form or switching to Levitra but I am afraid that this has nothing to do with that as this is just the effect of the medication itself and my body reacting to it in places where it shouldn't. It seems that because it is taken orally there is just no way of telling the drug to only increase the width of only certain blood vessels, right?
Thanks a lot for any kind of advice.
P.S.: I have ordered some HGW (20% Icariin) and hope that it can help me replace the Tadalafil.
Best, Brandon

If you are working out in the gym, and you want to maximized Nitric Oxide during your workout, then taking both will do that. Otherwise, L-Citrulline is more effective (as stated above by Examine.com).
There are actually a lot of subtleties to the concept of increasing nitric oxide and blood flow, including:
* Below 40 years old and above 40 years old.
* Bodybuilding/weightlifting emphasis vs not so much
* Significant poor artery health and/or high blood pressure vs not
* Erectile Dysfunction vs not
* Diet including daily salads, fruits and vegetables vs not
