Cravings may be due to a microbiome issue. The bad gut bacteria may have been awakened by the carbs. So, the carbs may not be the problem. Ben Greenfield recently did a podcast where he covered a lot of the tests which can be used to check gut health and a good holistic doc, if you can find one, would be able to help. In the meantime, things which tend to kill bad bacteria while leaving the good ones such as oregano oil, or better yet, nano-silver particles or raw garlic might help.Introducing carbs into my diet was a mistake, at least that's what my body is telling me. Since consuming carbs a few days ago I now crave candy and garbage foods and now I must fight these cravings until I reset my body back on the pure carnivore diet.
