Introducing carbs into my diet was a mistake, at least that's what my body is telling me. Since consuming carbs a few days ago I now crave candy and garbage foods and now I must fight these cravings until I reset my body back on the pure carnivore diet.
Cravings may be due to a microbiome issue. The bad gut bacteria may have been awakened by the carbs. So, the carbs may not be the problem. Ben Greenfield recently did a podcast where he covered a lot of the tests which can be used to check gut health and a good holistic doc, if you can find one, would be able to help. In the meantime, things which tend to kill bad bacteria while leaving the good ones such as oregano oil, or better yet, nano-silver particles or raw garlic might help.

I tell ya mate. You've got quite the health journey going on here. I've read most of your posts and I'm pretty amazed at all of the different levers you have had to try to manipulate in order to feel good. I'm glad you have been documenting this. It's been interesting to read. I believe that most people think TRT is going to be something where they take a shot a week, feel good and go on with life. but it doesn't always work out that way for all of us.

If you just dip your toes in carbs it's not surprising you crave simple carbs, if on the other hand you have been really taking in calories from complex carbohydrates there might be other issues.
 
I gave up on the whole thing, fluctuation and all that nothing seems to work, except for Changing protocols and the way I do it is by stopping hcg after 3 weeks of use. Testosterone dosage still the same.
I get maybe 7 days of honey moon. I keep doing this.

Beside that nothing nothing worked to increase desire.

Wellbutrin 150xl does increase pleasure though been using it as standard now. I like it.
Also I dream daily now before it I rarely have dreams. I think it’s because of it.

It sounds like you have low dopamine, testosterone increases dopamine.

Dopamine is central to REM physiology, dream recall and dream content.

Wellbutrin increases dopamine and norepinephrine.

Your biology doesn’t operate well at steady states, you need that daily variability.

Here are my blood pressure numbers nine days after stopping my beta blocker. I’m currently on zero prescription medication, with exception to Jatenzo which really isn’t a medication.

My hemoglobin and hematocrit are 19.4 and 55%.

Blood pressure -> 122/69 77 bpm and seems to be on a continuing to decline.

Nice now I understood what is happening. Your spot on without Wellbutrin I don’t ENJOY dreaming anymore or it’s much less.

I have honestly became addicted to Wellbutrin. Reaching orgasm with Wellbutrin is an amazing experience. It feels like EVERy last drop is coming out to a level you want to explode “in a good way”
I need to highlight this experience in a separate topic maybe.
 
I have made the decision to lower my Jatenzo dosage, I only feel good nearing an iron defiency and once I start taking iron supplements things go downhill from there. I get dehydrated and lose muscle definition the moment I start supplementing iron.

My endocrinologist has prescribed 198 mg twice daily and will fill it next week. I’ve always had a problem on Jatenzo as far as my muscles getting hard and definition. I stopped yesterday and today I noticed my muscles are getting noticeably harder and my workout today was outstanding.

I feel better today than I did yesterday and yesterday I felt better than the day that I took the 237 mg Jatenzo. Clear indication that this dosage is too high for me.

On another note, after stopping my vitamin D supplementation I’ve lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks and fasting glucose is 97, lol! Absolutely insane.

Vitamin D was at 32 two weeks ago.

I’ve made the decision to stop Jatenzo one last time before trying the new lower dose 198 mg twice daily.

Saturday, my HPTA will be up and going again, as it was a month ago.

Now that I’m not on the beta blocker, which was causing fatigue, and intense weakness along with hypotension.

I never stood a chance under these circumstances, I also also taking six iron capsules to treat the hypotension for years when I never actually needed the iron supplements in the first place.

I think I stand a better chance this time at fixing things naturally. Plus I’ll have a 25-year-old girlfriend and she’ll probably want to have kids so now is the time to see what I can do.

It would be nice to not have to rely on any medication or treatments whatsoever.

I 95% sure I can turn things around without TRT, I got this! Whenever I tried treating the diabetes in 2019 when I was off TRT for eight months. I felt very well until the medication started causing side effects.

My energy levels are higher four days off Jatenzo then they were when I was on it. My testosterone levels have to be below 200 and I’m thriving.

She’s making me wait and sweat while waiting for her. She’s got a lot of game. My game is I don’t react to any of it. She keeps sending me pictures every couple of days cause she wants a reaction out of me and she’s not going get one.

She’s even trying to make me jealous. It doesn’t work and I told her such. She knows damn well I got other women chasing me in the gym because she was there when they were saying hi to me when we were working out together.

I told her I would only initiate with her if she contacts me directly, in the gym or PMs. When she does initiate contact, I’ll keep texst real short to draw her in until she shows some reciprocation.

I’m not going to make it easy for her.
