Hi TRT teammates,

In fatty liver disease, one of the inabilities created is lowered ability to metabolize estrogen in the liver. If on trt e2 can have a tendency to rise. If one is on TRT and e2 can rise significantly due to low metabolism in the liver. Would it be safe to say, in your opinion to take some sort of aromatase inhibitor to help with the build up in estradiol?

I would first try to dial in dose, injection frequency, if you STILL have high e2 symptoms then you can try 60-90mg zinc citrate, if even then still high e2 symptoms persist then you can try some micro doses of AI. Cannot give any guidance on dosing AI, never used any

How effective is the zinc, have you tried it?
