Thoughts on a daily baby aspirin with these labs

I noticed my PMV (platelet mean value) runs on the high end. I just donated blood yesterday btw. I looked back on past labs and the PMV is always up around 11. I haven't spoken to my doctor yet, but I was just wondering if I would benefit from a daily baby aspirin. Labs are attached

I was reading on Dr. Google, higher values indicate more likelihood to form clots.

That was the day before my blood donation. As soon as I got the results I ran to the blood bank.
