What is an optimal DHT level?

Opioid use will lower testosterone but I don't know how much it lowers it. That would be one link to pain and lower testosterone. I don't use them they don't help. Getting on proper TRT helped more than anything.

I do think when you endure trauma or chronic pain, testosterone is somehow compromised.

I agree if your in pain and stress level is up. This would drive up prolactin lowering T. I would guess there is many ways it would lower T. We know pain may increase RT3. It would make everything unbalanced. There is a snowball effect happening.

last time i got mine measured my DHEA was 2.72ug/ml no range was given. Is this considered high or is it normal, I take 80mg Test a week in 2 shots.

Captain, you have very high dht ( 171 ). How is both your hair and prostate? Any hair loss with that high a level? Age?

Lite, you have very low DHT. How is your hair, full head if hair? Age?
Any prostate enlargement?

Last lab my DHT was 260. I have no known prostate issues. I was losing my hair prior to TRT and have shaved my head because of it for 6 years now, been on TRT for about a year. My hair loss did seem to accelerate for a little bit but honestly I think it could also be from crashing my E2 as it has seemed to slow as it has climbed back up.

The last time I had my DHT checked, was January. It was 50 range 30-85, I feel for me that's good level. I do not know though, it's not the same for everyone.
