Trans scrotal testosterone cream application is a game changer

Hybrid didn’t end well for me but your mileage may vary.
I hear you. I am not overly excited about trying it, but it might make sense.

I actually did Natesto with hCG and cream (low dose on shoulder) for a while. The combo worked well. Then, my local pharmacist, who is sort of a friend, urged me to try Xyosted. I took him up on it, which sent me on a several year spiral. I have not been able reproduce the results on that combo. That's what got me on this merry-go-round...

I still think you should give cream alone a real run. I’ve been struggling for years. And the first few months was rough for me too. I’m in a really good place now as Is a bunch of guys that used to frequent this forum and no longer do. I have no reason to sell you on it. Trust me I wish I could just inject. But ive been in your shoes before so I understand

Glad to hear that ur doing so much better man. I know ur journey has been extremely rough

im jc, what do mechanisms of the transcrotal cream do u attribute to u feeling better? Higher DHT me levels, less suppression of ur hpta and ur downstream hormones possible being higher? Any ideas or theories?

Brother I’d be lying if I said I had any idea lol. I just feel so much more stable. My weird pressure headaches are significantly better. Libido is better, workout recovery. i still have my ups and downs. I don’t feel like I’m 20 but realistically I just feel like a normal 41 year old should (or at least I think). It’s been a long fucking road For me so I’m just riding the wave.

Hey man, all that matters at the end of the day is real world results imo, so I’m happy for u lol. What’s ur current full protocol?

3 clicks am (2 on sac one on thighs just cause 3 on the nuts is way to hard to rub it all in) and 1 click pm. Of empowers hydrogel. Also taking 2.5 mg of tadalafil eod. That’s it.

@Charliebizz quick question, do u experience any noticeable high DHT symptoms? Like hair loss, oilier skin, acne, etc?
Not at all. my dht was around 50 on injections and 173 on the cream. I really believe that the serum doesn’t reflect what’s going on in the tissue.

All My blood markers are still great too. I just feel a lot better man. I don’t know how to describe it. I don’t feel any peaks and valleys even if I skip a dose. I think tons of that is mental when guys switch to cream. with The “afternoon crash”. and Things like that. So many guys I talk too on cream feel the same as me once they get dialed in. And a lot of them are doing great with just a.m dosing too. These forums are a gift and a curse. Trust me I was just looking for things to go wrong when I first made the switch. But I swore to myself I would actually see this through. And very happy I did

Your story is super inspirational, and will hopefully end up helping a lot of other guys out overtime. Cuz ur one of the guys on here that has probably struggled the most, and to see u finally figure out something that works means that there’s hope for other guys too that just feel like they can’t get dialed in, and would rather get off HRT than continue to try and figure it out. Key is to never give up, and literally exhaust all options. U just never know what’s gonna work for u individually. Either way, really glad to see that ur feeling a lot better. I wish we knew the exact reasons why ur feeling so much better on the cream, but hopefully that info will come to light eventually, as more and more guys dial in on the cream and talk about it. Until then I’ll just continue speculating lol

Completely agree. It's nice to see you feel so much better @Charliebizz, makes me want to try the cream again haha. Maybe one day...

Thanks guys been a hell of a ride. Been on the forums since 2008.

I remember one dr speculating because the cream doesn’t have an ester to cleave off from or something to that effect. Why his guys feel much better on cream. But honestly it’s all speculation

Ya I’ve heard that as well. I’ve heard that the cream is actually bioidentical because of this, and injectable testosterone with esters attached aren’t technically 100% bioidentical. Not sure if this is true or not. But if it is, could be a factor

Rough with only cream?

Do you ever recommend your patients do anal application to shorten the effective half life and approximate physiologic pulses better. Does not seem to have caught on and wondered your thoughts?

Unpublished data indicates very different elimination half life for anal vs scrotal.

How have you been? Are you doing OK after the TRAVERSE study was released?

I bet we would be fast friends in real life. You can't be this big of a tool in person. Let's be buddies; I did try once before and will again extend the invitation.

Thanks again @Gman86 for challenging me to be nicer on here. Itworking. I have empathy even for @RobRoy.
Let’s answer all of your questions. First and foremost identify yourself because after this response, you’ll get no more response from me because you’re a nobody until you identify yourself. First and foremost what’s your medical training and your background? I know it’s not very much, but others may want to know.
If you will look at my previous podcast, you will see that I predicted the traverse trial. It did not cause any major adverse cardiac events. It also didn’t help very many people as there was a 50% drop out just like the placebo. So if you only give them a little bit of testosterone it will only help a little bit or not at all. So let’s put the findings together. We only kept men’s testosterone levels less than 750 and therefore most men didn’t feel well and stoped their therapy. It did not increase major adverse cardiac events. We knew that it would not do that because it hasn’t done that in 85 years, even with those men abusing it. So you want to point out the increase in a fib, but yet we have decades of studies, showing a decrease in afib. This study was not powered to measure that, but nonetheless, I’m going to yes challenge you to your own question. If we would’ve raised testosterone to double 750 would it have increased major adverse, cardiac events…no. Would increase a fib? No… because it has never done that in 85 years of years. You have to give an optimal amount to get optimal results. You’ll never understand this concept.

I don’t recommend an anal application for you because it increases the risk of transference and you wouldn’t want that

He was asking if when you said “the first few months were rough” if u were saying that the first few months were rough on cream only
Sorry was enjoying the holiday A bit hahah. the Transition wasn’t that smooth for me. I think having the injectables in your System in the beginning might mess with things a little. I just felt a little over stimulated. And that also lead to some fatigue. But I was also hypersexual. But now I just feel good. Good erections good libido. Not too much not too little. Sorry had a bunch of drinks with wifey today lol

  1. I am a patient of Justin Saya
    1. We discussed cream at length, but not to the how-do-rub-my-nuts detail.
  2. I was a patient of John Crisler in the past (may the good man rest in peace)
    1. In fact, I believe I was one of the early observers of the mid-day crash that had many guys wanting to dose a second time during the day. I used transdermal years ago. I recall running it by him, and he was open to dosing twice a day, although, at the time, it appeared to me that it was a new concept to him.
  3. I have a local TRT physician
  4. As you astutely pointed out, much of HRT is based on "clinical experience" and "personal preference", which amounts to anecdotes. This forum is full of those and is a reasonable place to compare notes.
  5. I assume you meant "pondering" rather than "pontificating". If not, please let me know what in my (admittedly neurotic) quest for information came off as pontificating?
  6. As always, I respect and appreciate your insights.
You being a patient of Dr. Says explains why you don’t know anything about the cream and have so many questions. Shouldn’t you be posting your questions to Dr. Saya himself instead of on forums?
