Yeah it came off as criticism out of the blue, mainly because this thread was just trying to tell the OP about what we liked about trt, but no worries, apology accepted.sorry if came off as criticism... just wanted to dispel some broscience re "the pump".. as its not a good thing other than means ur getting a good workout... but if sustained and comes TOO easy just keep an eye on that BP as would be curious how much higher its gotten.... cheers!
I've read theories saying the pump is beneficial to hypertrophy, but I know that is not universally accepted. Regardless, it is a motivator for me. It's like using a pre-workout. It's not necessary, but it makes things feel right. I've done keto and have done plenty of workouts with no pump, and they just feel off.
