I wish that TRT worked for me so that I looked like I even lift...and that is after lifting most of my life. Well, at least I don't have to worry about what to say if anyone asks me if I am taking steriods...since nobody will ever ask me that question...

I know I personally haven't taken my health as seriously as I should have the past few years, but over the past month I've been hitting it really hard with my diet, exercise, and new protocol (still dialing that in). So far I'm down about 10lbs in 3 weeks and I can feel more muscle in places I didn't before. I definitely have more energy, so I'm actually excited to work out each day. I've gone down from a size 40 to a size 36 in pant size and my stomach is noticeably going down each week, so I know I'm making progress. But by no means would anyone ever ask me if I'm "juicing", that's for sure. Maybe after another 2-3 years and not falling off of the wagon this time, but we will see....wishful thinking. For me, it's really been more about the overall discussion and the negativity with the topic with uninformed people. But as others have already pointed out, there's really no need to go into anything with them. Just trying to gauge how others deal with this topic, really.
 
I know poeple look at me in the gym differently, I've found new capacity for intensity of my lifts, using a pre-workout has helped me tremendously. I find I can not necessarily workout longer, but the intensity in the timeframe is at a much higher rate. I make my own preworkout now from raw ingredients.

Gene's stack is nice too!!! I only do preworkout a couple times a week...I save it for my favorite muscle groups... I will say working out in groups helps too, brings out the competitor in me...
