Slightly red mildy irritated skin after starting T Cream.

The wife started T cream along with a DHEA tablet daily about 6 weeks ago. Could either of these result in mildly red/itchy/dryish skin around the neck and cheeks or should we just look into other sources of irritation? It started about 3 weeks in.

T Cream of what composition? The only irritant possibly would be something that is alcohol based. If it's a big pharma product that's pretty likely. if it's compounded cream, less likely to be alcohol.
