Scrotal Cream Labs

I made this switch to cream about 6 weeks ago now and I have been on the 20% cream from Empower for about 6 weeks now and doing 1 click in the morning and 1 click in the evening. I mostly wanted to switch to help keep hematocrit, hemoglobin, and RBC in range so I wouldn't have to donate anymore. My labs came back way too high, so either the labs are wrong or I need we need to adjust my dosage way down. Here is what they look like. I also did labs about 5 hours after my morning application. Anyone else absorb this really well?

I have the same experience with the cream on my scrotum. Even one click puts me out of the range of the labs on total and free testosterone (total above 1,500, free above 50, DHT above 110). I’ve dropped it and going only with injections and feel much better. If I didn’t apply to my scrotum, I would probably have better results, but I just dropped it altogether.

I've seen some high values from guys on cream but nothing like this. Steven Devos only hit ~670 pg/mL on 5 clicks twice a day. I think we're going to start calling you the 1 Click Wonder.

20mg of cream puts me at low 1000s, it's crazy

Not knowing your baseline levels isn't ideal, but it would appear something is off with lab values and I would have redrawn. A Hct of only 48 would indicate T isn't being pumped as much as they go hand in hand. I assume your LH is 0.
