Pregnenolone powder disolved in alcohol so let´s say Classic oral Pregnenolone. Next I gonna try cream. Yea DHEA should raise, it will be the first compound next to test to try.

Good luck, Pregnenolone cream could potentially increase DHEA, I’m currently dealing as well with this lower E2 issue on Progest, I will see how things develop in a couple of weeks.

That sounds like vertigo. If unrelated to blood pressure it can be extremely difficult to find the cause. I had one hell of a year with it last year. The first thing I did was get off all my supplements. After physical therapy to reorient my inner ears I knew what to look for. I've found for me, that TaiChi ball helps keep my head straight. After a year off, I'm back to riding my motorcycle. If you're suffering like I was, you're probably ready to try anything.

I’m wondering if @Cataceous has ever seen a decrease in E2 using either the cream or injectable Progesterone. Or what are your thoughts in general on this matter

Avoid oxandrolone, stanozolol, higher dose zinc, and others.
I haven't seen an obvious effect in my lab work. My impression is that progesterone is a relatively weak AI, and its potency in opposition to estrogen stems more from its downregulation of estrogen receptors.
Does anyone have any sources for oral Progesterone other than compounding pharmacies? I know places like All Day Chemist have it, but at 100mg per capsule and I need 10mg.... and My doc won't write script for Progesterone because she admits that she doesn't know much about it for males...
Also, does anyone know how much progesterone cream actually gets absorbed? I thought it was 10-20%, but I found varying information all over the net...

Over the last 2 weeks I've increased topical progesterone to about 40 to 50mg (been putting on my forehead and my scalp for hairloss) ..... now in the last few days my nipples have gotten sore (definitely feels estrogen related)..... I'm wondering if the Progesterone is inhibiting DHT which is increasing estrogen? or is it just estrogen increasing?

I would just go for labs to see what happened. 40/50mg of Progesterone cream may be a bit too much.
Yeah, I agree... I was basically increasing dosage of progesterone to see if I would get a positive effect and I also wasn't sure how much is actually absorbing.... Well, now I know it was absorbing.. and I just researched that too much progesterone will increase estrogenic activity in the breast area in men... I just started taking .25mg of Adex to get the estro down... I will get blood tests this week... I'm curious to see if my DHT came down...

I would be curious to see where your Progesterone seats now. 25mg Progesteorne cream reduced my E2 from 40 to 18, not good. I’m repeating the test in a few days and possibly reduce my Progesterone.
That’s interesting that u read that too much prog increases estrogenic activity in the male breast. Did it say exogenous prog in general increases estrogenic activity in the male breast, or that when using too much it can start to have that effect?

Ok... so I did my blood work yesterday evening... I wanted to see where my Levels were peaking after injection (tested 11 hours after morning injection)... I am using a Test blend of CYP 160mg/Prop 40mg ED/SQ @ 16mg minus Esters = 10.24 mg.... I am also on 25-50mg Pregnenelone ed, Progesterone cream 20mg, DHEA 10mg, Armour thyroid 120mg (2 grains)....
I'm still waiting on E2, DHT and Pregnenolone tests to come back.
I mentioned before on this thread that over the last week I increased Progesterone cream to about 2 pumps which = about 40-50mg of cream which I was rubbing on scalp and temples and after about 5 or 6 days my nipples started to become very sensitive/sore, as I knew there was some kind of Estrogenic activity going on... I immediately researched side effects of too much Progesterone and found that too much could stimulate estrogenic activity in the breast tissue... however, as you see by my labs my progesterone is not elevated and right in middle of range.. this leaves two possibilities 1)Pregnenolone increase or 2) DHT being reduced from the Topical finasteride @.0125% for hairloss that I have been using for the past 2 months....
Also, In the Past I was using 180mg of Armour Thyroid (and sometimes added addtional T3) and over the last month I dropped my Armour Thyroid down to 120mg and this proved my theory of Thyroid supplementation and SHBG... When I am not on Thyroid Supplementation my SHBG is in the single digits, when on thryoid supplementation it raises my SHBG. When on Armour thyroid @ 180mg w/ 5 to 15mcg of T3 it boosted my SHBG to as high as 26-27 in the past.. .my last blood work 2 months ago I was on 180mg Armour Thyroid w/ no additional T3 and my SHBG was 22...
I will post labs as soon as I receive the rest....

I get 11.64 mg T (16 mg blend * (80% cypionate * 70.0% T in cypionate + 20% propionate * 83.7% T in propionate)).

keep us posted. Even though cataceous explained us that Progesterone may not effect that much DHT, considering the use of Finistrade plus the recent increase in Progesterone, something may have changed the way DHT is working in your body
