Hey guys I was wondering if anybody has any experience with HRT. I tested for hgh and IGF and my results were
HGH: 0,3 ng/ml
IGF.I 170 (117-329)
My doc said it my IGF is kinda low. What do you think? Has anyone seen improvements after adding HGH to his TRT?

In the USA it costs a small fortune for very little benefit - if you are lucky, you may see or feel something in 6 months to a year.

My insurance covers most of the cost so I can get HGH from the pharmacy for 140 dollars per month (36iu). Do you think that I should try it?

So, your doctor is willing to prescribe, your insurance covers most of the cost, but you still hesitate. What makes you wary?

If I could get pharmacy-grade HGH for $140/month I would run it for 6 months to a year and see if it helped. Be aware though that at 1-2 IUs per day, you are not going to get huge gains or fat loss like bodybuilders get with doses many times higher than that. Also be aware that it can cause insulin resistance in some men as well.

Thanks man, my goal is to optimize my hormones, I am doing well on TRT so far and I thought that maybe I can do even better.
