Protocol Opinions

I would like some feedback and opinions on my protocol. Since starting in November 2017, I don't feel any different, for the better or worse.

im 40 years old. Ive been dealing with excessive sweating (heat intolerance as well), weight gain in the abdomen area, fatigue, moodiness, loss of drive, loss of strength, anxiety, mild depression, and an overall decline of well being. This started about 10 years ago. Was a former smoker. Quit 10 years ago.

Been through a lot of blood work. First finding out i had high cholesterol. Started pushing the docs to dig deeper, did some simple thyroid tests and things looked normal. Had T tested and was in the low 300's. kept pushing the issue of low T got the same excuses and refusal to treat. During the past few years, i tested in the low 300's, hit the low 500's once, then started to decline back down until I had back to back tests in the high 200's. LH and FSH were always within range until recently. In October i tested LH and FSH and LH was well below range, like non-existent.

Doc gave me androgel in October. Tested 28 days later and my T level dropped to 276, from 289. She had me use 2 packets instead of one, per day. Felt really good after the 3rd day of 2 packets, but by day 5 I felt bad again.

Found a new doc that ruled me as secondary, and put me on hcg mono. I take 1000iu M-W-F nights. My TT jumped to 730, FT 162, SHBG 23, Estradiol 25. I do not believe this was the correct E2 test as it says something in the notes about using the sensitive test if....... etc.....

I hit the gym at least 4 times a week. I work hard when I'm there. I feel that my diet is reasonable. i do not eat fast foods, candy, junk food, or anything deep fried lol. Is it perfect? No. But it is a complete 180 from what it was 5 years ago when I made the changes.

With the increased T levels, i hoped I'd see some weight loss, my strength and muscle tone, improved sex drive and overall desire for life. None of which has happened.

I definitely want to get the E2 test checked but I'm wondering....... is there anything i can do to my protocol to make me feel better? Should i discuss adding a weekly (or bi weekly) dose of T to my protocol? Or anything else you may suggest?

thanks in advance!!
