@Nelson Vergel have you considered doing something about that Ferritin? Not relevant in your case, but I've seen a study on hypothyroid women who remained symptomatic until ferritin >100. Secondly, have you ever tested your GH or had a GH stimulation test?Feeling good, nothing beyond the normal. I was shocked about that T value. My erections have not been strong for a long time but I resort to Levitra if I have to. I have not had libido for a few months but now it is waking up really good.
I wonder why T went up so much more. Is there an effect from taking the pregnenolone? The data I have seen in men not on TRT shows no increase in T with pregnenolone.
Hematocrit sitting at 52.5. I am not going to donate blood. My ferritin is still sitting at 33 even after iron supplementation (with Vit C 1000 mg) for a month before the blood draw.
My cognitive function is definitely better on 100 mg per night of pregnenolone for 3 weeks (no hCG). I am more motivated to finish tasks. I had been in a low mood for the previous 3 months even though life was good. I even stopped participating on ExcelMale. I also started trintellix low dose last week (5 mg qd) since my doctor likes it for low grade depression. That has definitely boosted my mood and libido for sure. Debating now if I should bring back hCG 500 IU twice per week to add it to the pregnenolone and hydrogel testosterone cream. I bet that will make me a little too horned up for my own good.
Still waiting for my progesterone LC/MS results. It takes a while like ultrasensitive estradiol does.
Even after 30 years, I am still learning. The upstream hormone story is getting stronger, I think.
