Interesting. My theory that you were over the top seems less likely in light of these numbers. Any chance the panic attacks were unrelated to TRT?

What’s the cost? How does it compare in cost to injectibles?

@ my local compounding pharmacy. They charged me $15 (no insurance) for a 30 day supply. The prescription being; Testosterone 200 MG/GM ATREVIS CREAM, 2 clicks/ 0.50gm's once daily. Tho they did make some kind of mistake, resulting in a 15 day supply, instead of the prescribed 30 day supply . Which I am working on getting it figured out as to what has exactly occurred for this frustrating screwup. But I hope that helps. I was able to get my prescription from my pcp, for extremely low testosterone levels. I do have great insurance which covered all that. But if I had to self pay. The office visit with my pcp, for this issue would be $50, then bloodwork for that specific testing would be $15. Finally the prescription is $15. And I did check 3 other pharmacies, that do this compounding. Same price at all of them. So $80 for everything, if your self paying. Or only $15 just for the prescription, with my current insurance. And my doctor did specifically let me know that the injections are significantly more expensive, and have quite a more extensive/harmful effects specifically on your liver. He also said that the Atrevis Cream, is supposed to be the closet thing, to your body naturally producing testosterone. And that he has been switching multiple patients from their other TRT's to this. And he has been seeing great results. Hope my info helped you with this as much as possible.

Testosterone in Atrevis hydrogel base = almost double test levels!

Using Hydrogel: 12/15/21 labs: 1 click (50mg) on scrotum, my labs 8 hours after application were: Total T: 888 (250-1100). Free T: 211 (35-155) and DHT 287 (12-65).

Moved to 1 click (50mg) on each shoulder (100mg total). Labs done 8 hours after application: Total T: 316 (250-1100) and Free T: 60 (35-155). Needless to say, huge difference between application sites. I did not run DHT but I assume it is lower. I'm going to increase to the prescribed 4 clicks (200mg total). Everyone is different but my normal skin doesn't appear to absorb very well. This is the same problem I had when I tried non-hydrogel creams 10 years ago before going to pellets and then injections.

Any recommendation for good absorption sites outside of the shoulders and scrotum and where the 5AR receptors are low to keep DHT lower? Tx.

How do you feel is the main question. Maybe different areas absorb and metabolize quicker than other areas. I know with me. The cream was extremely potent and had powerful physiological effects. But when I did my labs at 4 hours after application I saw very low levels.
