MK677 for sleep improvement

I’m looking into taking MK677 to improve my sleep quality. Anyone else have positive results in sleep from using MK677? Thinking of using 25mg before bed for 12-16 weeks.

Even if it helps, I would try something that is permanently sustainable and wean off the MK ASAP. I did find GH stimulators seem to help sleep (although my primary reason for taking them is not sleep) but I would rely on magnesium, Delta 8 ***, metabolic improvement, and other sustainable things before things that need to be intermittent.
 
I've been trying MK to boost IGF1 and mine was off the charts low. I have blood work pending now to see what a month would do.

Having said that MK has worked miracles for workout recovery, and in particular hard to repair areas like tendons. I'll be keeping some MK around for future use on injury healing if nothing else. Big gains in the gym, adding about lb of muscle per week, and really deep sleep. Hope this helps

I have probably used total of maybe 1 ounce of the raw powder in my life time. Does it help your sleep? If you take 25mg in the morning, you will have a hard time keeping your eyes open and will be groggy the rest of the day. I always tell people taking that done to take it at bed time. MK677 it stimulates production in GH. There is a study in men that found that taking MK-677 improved sleep quality by primarily increasing the amount of time spent in REM sleep.
 
I take in tablet form 25mg in early evening and almost without exception sleep more soundly, as someone who normally wakes quite a few times to change position and to attend to our 20 month baby.
I’ve taken on and off for about 5 years. I like it although it is quite expensive. Normally take for 6-8 weeks then have a break for 1-6 months. The longer breaks is typically when I don’t want to pay out for another batch or just forget to add back into my supplement stack.
