The attached video gives an excellent comparison of subcutaneous versus intramuscular injections. The author suggests possibly changing carrier oils if you have an adverse reaction to subcutaneous injections. He cites the biggest disadvantage of IM injections is the accumulation of scar tissue in the muscle after extended use and suggests using insulin syringes to minimize damage..

Ok I will pause subq and test shallow IM. Do you have a good video that shows Shallow IM in ventroglutes well?

I am also taking HCG, where else should I inject it if not in my belly?
