Hi, im a 31yr old male suffering from low test and libido, i have a healthy diet and regularly exercise at the gym. After a cycle of 500mg test ew for 13wks and anavar then a pct of nolv 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50. It's been 3 months since finishing pct and my levels are still low, i feel tired no libido and feel down alot with not much confidence. ive had my bloods done last week and the doctor said everything looks ok its just on the lower side of the scale and it could be other things in life like stress that could be the issue. I'm really struggling having the levels of a 70yr old man, ive since started 25mg ed of clomid any help or advice is greatly appreciated thanks.

My levels are as follows-
LH - 2.3U/L (1.5-8.5)
FSH - 2.6U/L (1.5-12.4)
Testosterone - 12.2nmol/L (12.0-32.0)
Calc Free Testo- 261pmol/L (260-740)
SHBG - 32nmol/L (17-56)
Prolactin total- 162mIU/L (85-500)

You need to work with a doctor who understands androgen therapy. Your current physician thought things were just "on the lower side of the scale?" You are barely in range on your total and free testosterone - and "in range" means nothing at that level. I take it you are not in the US, based on the units your labs are reported in; do you have access to a capable practitioner?
