How about body composition?
Improving, but there’s a lot of other stuff going on there - as a formerly obese person my metabolism is quite slow, up until recently I worked a very sedentary job, and I take other medications that can impact body composition. I’ve actually got better insurance now and have already booked appointments with a hepatologist (my liver enzymes have been elevated off and on for a few years and I’m wondering if there’s a relationship between that and my body composition) and a nutritionist.

So, yeah, short version is “body composition is getting better but not the way you’d expect for test levels in the 700s, but I wouldn’t read into that too much.”

EDIT: I should note that the improvements are taking place without drastic changes to diet or exercise, which suggests that the higher T and perhaps lower levels of 17 alpha-hydroxyprogesterone are helping.
