Good morning everbody,

Im 27 y. old, 80kg, 12% bf.
I´m hypothyroid and and have hypogonadism. I´m on a HCG-Monotherapy. (750 I.E. Hcg eod, 125 mcg L-Thyroxin)
I think that my thyroid gland is not yet functioning properly and therefore my testosterone synthesis is also limited.
Hopefully when my metabolism is better again, the HCG therapy will also work better.

FT 3 pmol/l(2,7-6,9) 3
FT 4 pmol/l(10,0-28,0) 13,5
TSH μU/ml(0,20-2,00) 1,2

Testosteron nmol/l (6,2-26,2) 12,7
Testosteron ng/dl 366

20.04.20 SHBG nmol/l(9,0-55,0) 28,0
20.04.20 IGF1 ng/ml(120,0-190,0) 152,0
20.04.20 freier Androgenindex (Free Androgen Index FAI)(15-90) 45
20.04.20 Dihydrotestosteron pg/ml(250,0-990) 251,0

Do you know why my DHT is so low and can I higher it?

20.04.20 DHEA-S μg/dl(80,0-300) 402,0
20.04.20 Estradiol pg/ml(0,0-36,0) 24,6

Would you increase Hcg or switch to ED injections?

I’m actually doing pretty well and received FSH from my doc. -> 3x 150 I.E. per week.

Comments and recommendations are welcome !

Best Regards

Hi,
I am sure there are others here more knowledgeable then me .
I read that hcg in amounts larger then 350ie doesn't have an increased effect but could increase your E2 , so I wouldn't increase the amount .
If you feel well then why not continue as you are? Some people start chasing numbers and I think feeling well is the goal .

Hi, thanks for your answer!

I absolutely agree with you. Numbers are just numbers. But tweaking is always possible ;)

Unfortunately I have heard that such low DHT levels can lead to problems. Maybe someone knows about it.
